We had a long stay at the ITC Gardenia Hotel in Bengaluru and there were many things that were impressive, especially the extremely helpful and courteous staff, the clean and spacious room, the garden-like setting, the delicious food and great service at the restaurants, and the surprisingly outstanding value for a 5-star hotel. Highly recommended!

Every hotel and building has normal wear and tear, and parts of the hotel do need a bit of a refreshing, but nothing major. Overall, the room and the building are kept in good shape, even during the busy periods.

His approachable demeanor and keen attention ensured every aspect of the visit was perfect. It's reassuring to know that someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction oversees the hotel's operations. The breakfast spread was simply amazing. The sheer variety and the outstanding taste of every dish left a lasting impression. From local specialties to international favorites, the culinary team truly excelled. The attention to detail in presentation and preparation was evident and greatly appreciated. Beyond the superb dining, the hotel staff's professionalism and dedication elevated the experience. Every interaction showcased a commitment to providing exceptional service. We were warmly welcomed at the front desk by Antara and Rosch, who checked us in efficiently. Rosch accompanied us to our suite, explained the amenities and technology, and ensured our luggage was promptly delivered. Over the next days, Rosch was always available for our questions, ensured our comfort, provided essential information, and assisted with transfer bookings. His friendly and attentive demeanor made us feel at home at the ITC Gardenia. In the mornings, Rajdeep and Imran greeted us warmly and always fulfilled our requests for quiet seating at breakfast. In the evenings, Swapnil’s attentiveness and friendliness allowed us to relax and enjoy drinks in the lounge. The entire staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, respectful communication, and service orientation. The welcoming atmosphere at the entrance and the friendly, patient security checks made every return to the hotel a pleasure. The restaurant and bar teams delivered consistently outstanding service, making our time there highly enjoyable. Special thanks to Rosch for organizing our smooth departure, ensuring the driver and luggage were ready on time. Kiran swiftly handled our bags and, with his colleagues, loaded them into the car. Raghuprasad, our reliable and courteous driver, impressed us with his safe driving, punctuality, and well-maintained vehicle. We appreciated his knowledge and enjoyed conversing in English, learning about the places we visited. Reflecting on five nights at the ITC Gardenia, we are grateful for the exceptional service and warm hospitality that made our stay unforgettable. My recent stay at ITC Gardenia was pleasant overall. The property itself carries a sense of elegance and comfort, but the room felt a little dated and could use some refurbishment to match the hotel’s otherwise premium image. The staff appeared quite exhausted and, unfortunately, weren’t as friendly or engaging as I’ve experienced in other ITC properties, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the stay was smooth and comfortable enough for a short visit. Overall, a decent experience — but there’s definitely room for improvement to bring back the warm, five-star hospitality ITC is known for.

The room felt quite dated and could use some refurbishment. The staff seemed tired and lacked the usual energy and positive vibes expected from a five-star property.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in over the past 50 years. The hotel is like an oasis in the middle of Bangalore´s chaotic traffic and noise and high pollution. The Hotel´s facilities and rooms are very good and the reception , cleaning and catering staff and managers were extremely courteous and helpful. There was a wide choice of food in the Cubbon Pavilion restaurant and it was uniformly very good. The SPA facilities are first rate. Special mention to the New Year´s eve buffet which was outstanding and unlikely to be bettered anywhere.

In the IPads in the rooms,The hotel offered special services , like laundry, for no charge , but this was not reflected in the billings. The managers claimed that the offers only referred to special packages, but this was not clearly stated in the IPad messages. Slightly irritating !

My stay at the ITC Gardenia, Bengaluru was very positive. I particularly appreciated the personalized attention from the hotel manager, who made a noticeable effort to ensure everything exceeded my expectations. The dining experiences were consistently good, offering high-quality and enjoyable meals across their venues. Furthermore, the hotel's central location is a significant advantage, providing easy access to business areas and city attractions while still feeling quite peaceful. Overall, ITC Gardenia offers a commendable blend of attentive service, quality dining, and an excellent location for a visit to Bengaluru.

This place is like my second home, I wouldn’t stay at any other place in Bangalore. Location is great and property is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and luxurious. The best part is their team who go the extra mile every single time I am there. The F and B crew is so dedicated to make sure one is thoroughly enjoying the meal, the chef customised the meals for us to make our experience even more special. Every aspect of the experience of the stay here is special. I met the GM during my stay here this time, who is a remarkable and exceptional lady. It all trickles down from excellent leadership.

The breakfast meets my expectations of continental cuisine very well. Additionally, when I told the hotel staff that I had dietary restrictions and should avoid Indian food, a person called me and asked me for more details in order to understand my problems and to offer me a personalized menu. Rooms are comfortable well equipped. I love the cosmetics products they offer, and towels and bath robe are so soft. For dinner, I usually ask for in-room dining so apart from the quality of the food which I enjoy, I can't rate the restaurant as I don't go there.

In some rooms I could see scratches on the furniture that need to be touched up.

From stepping out of the taxi, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. After a long journey, the check in process was smooth and the team even let us check into our rooms early which was most appreciated. The facilities were great, different restaurants to choose from and the complimentary drinks each day were well received!

The only issue I found was that there were limited options for a vegan diet. Almost all items at breakfast contained milk and dinner options were limited.
