The hotel is centrally located with an excellent view of Cubbon Park and Vidhana Soudha. As a local Bangalorean, I always wanted to stay at JW Marriot to experience the views of Cubbon Park and it didn't disappoint. We ordered Room service a few times and they were delicious every single time. We even asked them to make something soft for our kid and they were very courteous in doing so. They even waived off the charges for the kid's food.

A few things could have been better in my opinion. The hotel could do with a small kid's play area. We assumed that the hotel would have a play area but we were in for a disappointment. The pool is not heated, so it was practically unusable in Bangalore's winter. Overall there was not much for my kid to do at the hotel.

A perfect location in the central Bangalore. You can enjoy waking in Cubbon park nearby. Also you can reach various nice shops and restaurants on foot. They have a pool & spa to relax. JW kitchen on the ground floor serve amazing breakfast with live kitchens for Indian and western. On top of that, all staff are very professional as well as friendly and kind. The Service of this Hotel staff was immaculate. I landed from KL, Malaysia on 19th June. Was rather not feeling good, bad flu and cough. The hotel staffs was in hand to help me with my medication. Then the experience in the Executive Lounge was exceptional. A1 Service by everyone there from the manager, Chef and staffs. The best Executive lounge service I have had staying in many properties all over the world. Breakfast was great and the staffs service, i would give a 100% mark Great place to stay

It was the first time for my family and myself to stay at JW Marriott Bangalore and we look forward to coming back. The location was very convenient with great options for dining and shopping right next door at UB City Mall.

The various restaurants at JW Marriott were very enjoyable however, the in room dining menu was a bit limited.

Very nice staff and very welcoming, this was my second stay with this property . I even received one scarf present from the lady from the reception ( tall slim nice lady) always I will come back with joy in there as the stuff it’s so nice and make you feel as home. Thank you for everything.

I loved the reception I received on arrival..wonderful service from the reception area... I loved the room with its amazing view of just trees. The location of the hotel was perfect. And the restaurant for breakfast was a complete delight with an amazing attentive staff...

what did shock me was the housekeeping and the behaviour of some of the staff who attended to my room. was let down by this area of the staff..

The staff is excellent and very polite. The Breakfast is very good and staff there are amazing helpful and friendly. Overall staff are very well trained and always ready to assist

The rooms are decent size and all the facilities are fine but I found it litter darker due to wood floor and black Polish which is the same for cabinets. I love wood finish but little lighter shade would look great.

Great Breakfast, variety of food and drinks. The room was exceptional with a personalised touch. Felt warm and cozy throughout my stay at JW Mariott. The front desk staff also was very welcoming with quick check in procedures.

The hotel is simply amazing, great service, great foyer. The room itself was spacious and there was a tub, which I enjoyed for a nice bath on the day of my arrival. The breakfast was just superb and very good service there as well. The pool area is very nice to relax a bit during the day or have a drink in the evening. I came here for the location and I was not disappointed, I did almost everything on foot: Cubbon Park is right across the road, if you get the opportunity do take a room with park view, MG road was walking distance as well. Highly recommend this hotel, if I come back to Bangalore city center I will stay here again.

Only downside is there was quite some party and traffic noise, but honestly - you get noise everywhere in India. Do bring earplugs.

The stay was really good, and staff were so nice and soft spoken and well trained. Really love to come again n again. Food was so delicious. Well maintained hygiene rooms with good light perfume smell. Valet parking people are super humans with super fast service. Felt like home
