We requested a room change and were upgraded to the Pavilion Club with a city view, which was a great gesture. The variety of breakfast and dining options was excellent, with rapid service.

The room we checked into had a foul odor, a non-functional toilet flush, and a faulty bathroom knob. We were tired and had to wait an hour for a maintenance technician, who informed us that another technician would come the next morning, but no one showed up. Waiters consistently pestering customers for reviews during breakfast was a downside.

The staff was courteous, the business center arrangements, the location and the food were all good. Specially the staff was excellent and offered great service.

Some aspects of property were not maintained up to the mark such as the business center was good but the walls are not maintained which slightly reduced the ambience. The presidential suite was good but the electric cycle was not connected, the centralized light switches were not fully functional. And lastly the room rates seem to be slightly higher compared to the ambience and facilities.

The rooms were spacious and clean with all the amenities. Customer service was generally good, Check in time was at 11.30am which is a bit of a wait, especially after an early morning flight from overseas. The place has nice pool and breakfast facilities. Hotel should permit early checking in , especially if your travelling on a early flight from overseas.

The breakfast spread is really great to kickstart your day, especially if you are traveling for work. The rooms do have a bit of wear and tear due to the age of the property, but given that I use this hotel purely for work-trips it is acceptable. I wouldn't use this for a leisure trip. What is most convenient is the hotel location and the fact that they have a lovely rooftop bar with its own micro-brewery.

The floorboards in the rooms are a bit old and creaky, making a lot of noise. The plumbing in the bathroom on my most recent visit wasn't the best and the tap for the jetspray kept leaking.

The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spacious with all necessary amenities and accessories, the breakfast was perfect as was the espresso coffee. Perfect organization of the airport transfer. Big shop in the hotel - scarfs, souvenirs, jewellery and many more.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged and they did not fix it.

Quirky electrical fittings, the number of piercing warning lights creating light pollution in sleep area(tv, set top box, power board, internet modem, air con board, fire alarm, even the internal wardrobe light that could not be shut off - too late to fix when I arrived at 1 am from a long plane flight. I moved furniture or bits of paper or hung clothes over the annoying ones.

Supper was good especially the potato curry cooked by the Indian cook.

Our flight was at 4.15 next morning. We paid for a day and a half We requested to extend a couple of more hrs as the transport to the airport was at 11 pm. The manager did not agree but was allowed to sit in the lounge from 6 pm. We are elderly , 79 yrs

The rooms were clean, well maintained and spacious. The hotel itself was centrally located. The facilities were great too. All the staff were wonderful. There was a big event happening at the hotel the weekend we stayed so the lobby and restaurants were pretty busy and filled with people.

The bathroom had a standing shower, and the door to the shower was hard to close which meant that the water seeped out a bit. It wasn't a huge problem as it dried off pretty fast as well, it was just a minor inconvinience. Would not stop us from staying here again.

The staff in restaurant were very nice and kind ,

however the brewery staff a ladybto be precise.. were rude and gave some incorrect information about laws , absolutely false that just made my son’s and my experience very un happy

We enjoyed all the facilities and I would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at the ground floor restaurant, Ithaca. One staff member, named Bolaram, was especially helpful when we arrived late for our afternoon lunch. He kindly served us from the ala carte menu and accommodated all of our requests with a smile. Thank you!

The rooftop restaurant, Alchemy’s prices are too high. Additionally, the staff should be friendlier.
