Breakfast together with the service was above expectation. We enjoyed both the traditional Indian breakfast and the semi European one. All the staff were very polite and ready to assist during the service. Names remembered are Mr Ramesh, the Chef, Mr Summit, in the restaurant and Mr Deepak from the kitchen were always responding to our requests. settled. As for our room there was a confusion when we reached the hotel but soon everything . We enjoyed the rest of our stay. The front office staff were all kind to us. It will not be wise if we do not mention Mr Adithya, Mr Tukaram for their continuous support to us. Being a HR Consultant myself in the field of Hospitality I strongly believe that they deserve to be recognised as highly performing staff a special. Mr Shrinivas, Mr Vishal are also very good. The Security officer Mr Birajit does his job with passion.

I had a fantastic time in this hotel thanks to the staff who were friendly, amicable but mostly helpful with every issue I had, special thanks to the reception staff, Mr Subhradeep who did his best to help me with my dinner and early takeaway breakfast.

I don't want to nitpick but as a foreigner who isn't accustomed to the degree of spices the locals are, I would have really appreciated if they're was some zero spices dishes set aside for people who can't handle it. On the other hand, everything else was great, the staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff were courteous & accomodating, especially Rajashree at reception, making our stay a pleasant one. Breakfast & Lunch were included and that made it convenient for us to get work done. The quality of both breakfast & lunch was very good. Has a gym that is quite basic, but good. Runners can use the running track at the stadium which is a 5 min walk away. Since we were also working, there was a nice outdoor area on level 8 that was available to work. This is otherwise a pub , however, the pub is only open at night so could be used by us in the day. This area is also a smoking area so if your unlucky someone may come and smoke :)... then you may have to run away from there!

We needed 2 room keys however the hotel could not provide the same, limiting it to 1 which was rather inconvenient.

The location is very central. The staff were all supportive and pleasant, and very responsive. The buffet breakfast and other menu items from SpiceIt restaurant were very good. The hotel really set up the Christmas mood with the decor and music. Very quiet in the rooms during our stay. Pranjal who staffed the hotel entrance was the most helpful for us in getting us to our reserved cabs everyday and helping with our luggage - really appreciated his consistent support and will remember him from both our stays over two years. Bhavya was helpful with our checkout.

There were stains in one of the bathroom sinks and item refills in the baths were not always done. TV connection/ remote etc could be a smoother experience - had issues in our rooms. The daily cleaning service could have been better - not sure if our experience was affected by the holiday rush. The staff were otherwise very responsive when we communicated any issues to them.

My every visit to Bengaluru stay was in IBIS City Centre and same was this time. But this time Iam disappointed with the service. None of the staffs will help you with the heavy luggage transfer to rooms as we have to do it on own. No clean wash basins as it looks like 90’s lodge service in Bengaluru. Broken bath fittings. Rooms are clean. Breakfast and Dinner was good. All in all NO stay in IBIS next time in Bengaluru

When one is sleeping in the room & other one wants to go out , he can not take the room access card with him because it will effect all the electrical facilities in the room if it take out. Also without room access card we can not operate the elevator. The help desk should provide one additional room access card to residents or it would be better if help desk ask whether anyone like to have an additional card

Perfect location to get anywhere in city within 30-45mins. Trademark IBIS style rooms with good breakfast and evening rooftop bar. Great service from Kavya, Shubendu, Rajashree and Khushboo front office

Despite of paying for half board the hotel staff behaved arrogantly as thought they were doing a favour by feeding me. They should know how to treat guests with respect..not like hostel or dormitory..choosing a budget hotel is the guest choice..but becoming a dormitory is yours.

Superb breakfast buffet, polite staff, regular cleaning. Things are as it is expected as in an ibis hotel seen elsewhere in the world. They have room service dining facilities which was quick. A gym on top floor was also there in case one wants to contionue thier routine, from which you can get a nice view of a stadium nearby. Rooms seemed to be well sound proofed. No noise from outside.

Although they clean and service the room everyday, there are minor things that they can improve to enhance the experience. The bathroom can use a deep-clean so that it can feel a bit more premium. It shows the signs of wear and tear and certain signs of being used quite a lot. Enough toilet paper should be provided, it seemed to provided in very small quantities. A room freshner could be provided or used when the cleaning occurs so that in a AC room, the freshness is maintained ( as it without any windows).

Location, neat and clean place.

Got a call when I was just about to board my flight to Bangalore threatening to cancel my booking saying payment has not been made& I had to repeatedly assure that I’m on my way and that as per Booking.com payment can be made at the property. Also, I’ve felt earlier also that F&B options at ibis are not only up to par, but overpriced. Had one meal after check-in, then decided to have all meals over the next 2 days at restaurants nearby (and last night, via Swiggy delivered to the hotel)

Everyone makes us feel at home, a home that is far away from home. Everyone facilitated us and helps us, from reception, to food and drinks, the room service was very good, also the staff at the entrance help us very very much!!!...... highly recommended.
