We loved the spacious and clean room and bathroom, in room dining service, room cleaning sevice, and most of all the very accommodating staff. Breakfast was good too. On pongal day, upon request, we even got some pongal sent to our room. Thank you for making our day, pongal, miles away from home. Location is convenient. Walking distance to quite a few restaurants and nearby cubbon park, ub city mall, garuda mall,.mg road, book stores etc by auto.

Maybe breakfast room can be a little brighter, more cheerful with some nice songs instead of hotel music. Same for reception area.

Breakfast was varied with both western and Indian (hot) options. You could also order your favourites (Indian). However, if your stay was a lengthy one (like ours) the repetition of the breakfast items got a bit monotonous. The restaurants' menus, though not extensive was adequate for our needs.

None in relation to hotel and staff. It is a busy location so at times the roads are congested especially during school break times.....there are about 4 schools in the vicinity. There is an Autorickshaw driver that hangs around the hotel. He is willing to take you around for shopping etc but be aware to bargain the rate....more expensive than Uber!

The room and the hotel itself looked way better than expected. Spacious quiet room with a big bed and a big bathroom with an extremely convenient design (recess in the wall for shower accessories). Located in the nice district, relatively close to all the attractions, on the street where you can find anything, or to walk towards what you need (e.g. a famous chain selling indian delights, K.C.Das - is just 8 minutes away). The hotel is well guarded. Breakfast (mostly Indian) was delicious, offering a variety of foods. The rooftop restaurant Kohinoor serves delicious Indian food with an amazing view and reasonable prices (I do recommend). I am so happy I've decided to stay in this hotel instead of a more expensive one in the same area.

The property is centrally located and there are several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking distance. We requested an early check in at 11am and the management kindly allowed us to check in at 11am which was a huge benefit for us. The property is an old hotel but we felt satisfied after staying there for 2 nights. They have a breakfast buffet with an "OK" range of dishes to choose from, Indian, continental and vegetarian options were available. The staff were courteous and helpful.

I’ve stayed here a dozen times and love the breakfast, the rooms and the cleanliness and value for money.

The only thing was the lack of soundproofing from the hallway. There was an extremely annoying couple across the hall who would scream in the hallway in the middle of the night and yes it was New Years Eve. I wish the hotel had a system of using cards in the elevator bc these people were screaming bc they couldn’t find their keys-had they had to retrieve them before reaching the floor they would not be disturbing guests. This would also enhance safety in the hotel as there is also no security entrance.

The location. The confortable bed although small and the good breakfast.

The dinner in the restaurant takes almost 1 hr to be served and nothing exceptional. In our 4 nights there, we had dinner only the 1st night there and opted to go out for dinner the other 3 nights.

Best hotel I've ever stayed so far. Clean, spacious, luxurious. The price is more than reasonable, considering all the amenities the hotel offers, and the location, so close to many places. Absolutely recommended

This was one of our center hotel for our larger India trip. Hotel has friendly staffs and nice breakfast restaurant. Hotel car service was very good, Jesu Das specially was an all quality driver.

Had mixed feelings about roof top restaurant menu. Waiters were very nice and efficient though.

This hotel is centrally located and fairly modern, my stay was very comfortable because of it. Price was so good that I could opt for a small suite, which allowed for more comfortable working and relaxing. On the final day, they even invited me for a dinner (I ordered room service and they didn't charge as a gift of some sorts). not sure why.

As in many hotels in India, it feels like the (all male) staff is constantly on your back. Once when I wanted to sleep in because of an early night, and despite having the 'don't disturb' sign on my door, I was telephoned and woken up by reception TWICE to ask where I was at breakfast. Another time, when a female colleague came up to the room for just ten minutes, simply for her being a woman she had to go through the embarrassing exercise of identifying herself and providing a copy of her passport and contact numbers. This social control is quite common in medium sized and smaller hotels in the country, but I find it terribly patronising.

Very nice hotel. We had a very comfortable and large room. Location was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful and had one good evening meal at rooftop. Staff were very helpful, and we had a wonderful 3 night stay.
