This is the best hotel I have stayed in Bangalore (and far from being the most expensive). Rooms are tastefully decorated, have all that you really need, including a laptop safe, and a generously sized, clean bathroom. The beds are comfortable and come with perfectly white, crisp bed linen, while the towels are large, soft and fluffy. The receptionist who greeted us spoke excellent English and was very friendly. The hotel is very high-tech, the doors open with a QR code and you can ask for things like hairdryers etc. by contacting a chatbot. Wifi is excellent.

There was only one towel in the bathroom although we booked for two persons - but to be fair, this was a last-minute booking, we arrived within 20 minutes from making it.

The property was located in a place that was close to almost all malls and hospitals. Located in a very safe area as well. The hotel was extremely clean. The ambience felt like home and especially the staff were extremely kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms were big and cleaned everyday. Toilets spacious and very clean. All in all one of the best places, will come again. The reception staffs and restaurant staff were extremely kind and helpful and always smiled at us. The best service

Bloom Hotel down Richmond Road is a cozy little place and kudos to the hotel staff who are managing the place very well! Clean rooms, clean stairways and great vegetarian food. Exceptional service by all staff members and very friendly. Hemanth greets everyone with a cheerful smile and goes above and beyond to help the guests!

Size of the room could have been a bit bigger and both the days we had to ask for towels as they provided only 1 for two guests

LOVED IT. Fantastic staff. Easy check in. Everything is electronic so make sure your phone battery stays charged. 24 hr front desk so they can help. Fantastic job and fair pricing with my laundry. Cheerful yellow color throughout. Strong water pressure! Loved it ! Would absolutely stay here again. Manager and staff are LOVELY! Highly recommended!

We went in without any expectations, but the staff at Bloom blew us away with their attitude. Justin, Ganesh and Munir the night manager ( I am sure I spelt it wrong ) were very polite and exceptionally helpful. The staff manning the gates and restaurant were amazing as well. The rooms are simple, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The endless supply of Water and other refreshments are all part of the room cost. A Big Bang for your buck

Great little hotel in Bangalore. Of note, they do not accept foreign credit cards in person but they give you a website for you to pay online. Check-in was straight forward. To access the room, they give you a digital code or you can scan a QR code, which is pretty nifty. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable; bathroom was very clean as well. Excellent value for money!

Loved the friendly staff and hotel ambiance. The chat and technology used there were efficient. Really enjoyed the stay, of course, the downside was that my room was close to the road.

More working plugs especially the Uk ones only one was working in my room. But not a big bummer though.

We had a great 2-night stay at Bloom Hotel on Richmond Road. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, but what stood out most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The central location is perfect for exploring Bangalore, and despite being in a busy area, the hotel was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended!
