The hotel is stunningly set up, and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the cleaning staff are exceptional. On the subject of staff, from the security, front desk and restaurant, every single one was welcoming and efficient, and happy to accommodate requests (like finding a teapot for an English black tea addict). The food was excellent in the One Tree restaurant. Also the pool was a welcome refresher.

Property merges space and functionality of serviced appartments with hotel like hospitality. Rooms are spacious,clean and functional Location bang in city centre , yet quite and peaceful

Breakfast- Spread is ok considering it's a 3 star, however taste could be better particularly the live counter dosas ,specially considering it's in Bangalore and great dosas are available at every nook and corner . ( To clarify- it's not bad at Melange Astris)

The breakfast was served on the top floor and it was very hot due to summer and there were no AC's. Only pedestal fans were operating

There is really nothing to complaint except the open breakfast on the terrace

The food in the restaurant is exceptional, very good choice at breakfast, all the staff at Melange Astris, are very polite and professional.

The pigeons drinking the water in the waterfall and other things, which then flows into the swimming pools, not very hygienic.

I will totally recommend this to my friends if they go there in Banglore. We booked the premium suite for 4days 3 nights. Communicating with them was easy. they are very responsive with my inquiries. The check in was smooth.. we were in our room in 15-20minutes. The staff that afternoon was so pleasant; helpful and courteous., i forgot his name but i got his pic :) and the room that we booked was surprisingly spacious.. Clean, good lighting, Cold AC, working kitchen,. there's a TC and sofa that we used when we r not outside. Bathroom is good. can ask the staff for daily refill. Restaurant was nice. open air with nice feels. But just mind you that they serve only Vegetarian cuisine. so if you are not prepped for that, then youll be disappointed. Otherwise, everything's good. Overall, Id stay here again if given a chance.. It feels like home to us..

There's a small glitch during our check out. We were billed for something that i dont know. i was confused but after i double checked it with them, they said it was only by accident. So it was sorted after that.

The physical room was spacious and felt safe. We had a double lock system whereby someone cannot come inside even with a digital key if we have locked from the inside. There was a desk area for my husband to do his work. We stayed here for 3 weeks and felt like we got to know the staff well. We felt very comfortable. We would particularly like to highlight the security guard' service. He would smile and say good morning to us each day, I would notice him helping other guests to get into rickshaws and just giving more than he needed to in his role. The cleaners again would come to drop things when we requested, and always check if we wanted the apartment to be cleaned that day and at what time slot as we usually preferred these in the afternoon. The food options included a healthy variety which we thoroughly enjoyed each day. There were two particular men at the reception desk who also stood out in giving us a late check-out when they could and just answering the reception desk phone quickly when we needed support throughout our stay including to remove a bumble bee from our room that had managed to get through the window! A truly comfortable experience and a lovely way to be welcomed to Bangalore. Thank you.

Not something I didn't like but would be good for the hotel to include more pictures of the beautiful library and the dry cleaning room. It would nice for people considering long stays in Bangalore to see as these facilities made everything feel even more homely and was a nice surprise.

I really loved the vegan foods at life tree restaurant and the cleanliness of the place. Also noticed the place feels really safe and quite to relax. Mrs. Shirley and our room boy were very helpful.

Initially, to get the wifi, I had to really struggle, as regards a hi-tech world we live in. Also, the magnetic cards for the room doors were easily getting expired automatically. And each time, we had to renew it from reception. If you could fix that it would be very much better.

Room, they have upgraded my booked room. The staff were polite and courteous.

Accommodation for driver not available but toilet facility and bath room available without bucket and mug. Nearby shops and good restaurants not in the location.

The staff are genuinely helpful and courteous, as usual . The location is very much in the centre and transportation is easy. The apartments are spacious and airy with Balconies which makes it more homely.

The property should consider a 24 hr Coffee Shop / Room Service . The Breakfast should include selection of Eggs / Omelette
