Accessibility from Koramangala was good , property maintained really well . Food was also great . Hospitality is an art and the staff esp their Sr Manager Mr Ravikumar demonstrated it exceptionally well while I had some concerns related to the early check in . Though before his duty time , he addressed it really impressively . I appreciate his passion for the profession and the Brand that he represent . Nothing specific about except a confusion created by a trainee staff

- Hot water on demand. No boilers. A+++. - Towels of high quality. - Hotel location is on a main street. Easy for taxi to find day or night. - Security 24/7. Arrived at 3am, personnel was there to greet me at the entrance & front desk. - Laundary was super. Next day. - Electrical outlets are universal (EU, UK & USA).

Wifi connection was ok, 93%. My office meeting call was dropped twice.

The room was clean, and inviting. Bedding was clean and dressed like the advertised photo. Complimentary water & tea station. Writing pad and pencil at desk.

The internet connect dropped once during a meeting. I experience this at other hotels nearby. I think this is a wider issue in the area. Shower did not have any shower gel.

Really a wonderful hospitality and a sweet service. Ravikumar sir has guided us in a excellent way. His approach towards attending towards the customers are excellent. Really a wonderful stay. Illayaraa sir is also wonderful guide in receiving our comments etc. Really livable stay. Thanks . We rate the hotel to the extreme.

Aesthetically designed and maintained Lobby, Corridors and Rooms, Big rooms with stylist and comfortable furniture and beds . Wide variety of food was available.

Behaviour of only one front office manager , his statement on some of genuine demand " You May check out" ! He could have denied politely.For such unprofessional words not expected in hospitality industry, I didn't extended my stay and changed the hotel.Otherwise, I would rate 10/10

The staffs were very helpful and kind. The check-in process was very smooth and thanks to Mr. Mani for fulfilling all my requests and was also generous enough to upgrade me to a suite room free of cost. The room was very clean and tidy. The room service is very courteous, I never expected to be greeted with good morning and a warm smile upon ordering my morning cup of coffee. The dinner was also great. The bathrooms were very neat.

The Tata sky dish connected to the TV needs to be recharged; hence, it was non functional. I did not bother to complain to the front desk. If I did, I am sure they would have fixed it.

Comfortable beds, clean washrooms and clean linen, size of the room is descent. a good stay option for business travelers due to the location . would defiantly stay again here in my next trip
