This is a very nice hotel in Bodh Gaya with nice and clean rooms, less than a mile away from the Maha Bodhi temple and close to all the country specific monasteries. What's exceptional about this place is the behavior and attitude of the staff. Fantastic people all around. Especially Pawan at the restaurant, Chandan Mishra at the front desk and Parvesh (hope I got the name correct) who heads Facilities. Kind, patient and amazing service. The rest are also fantastic. I just happen to remember those names.

The rooms could be better, especially with a way to auto start the ac every time the power trips (and it trips a lot!), the force of the toilet flushes, and the lighting in the room. The breakfast needs to be better in terms of variety of items. There are hardly any proper shops/restaurants around. That said, the main market area is not too far away, so it was not a deal breaker for me. Also, the car service provider Amit is overpriced. There are other options that are more reasonably priced.

Good location to see the famous sites; spacious room with comfortable beds; good hygiene; good breakfast with variety of food to choose. Very nice dinning room. The staff are exceptionally helpful and polite. Reasonable cost for accomodation and food.

Exceptional clean place. Very functional hotel. The food in the restaurant is superb. Nice clean ac rooms big bathrooms with hot water.

Well the staff seems to be acting very differently toward a person of india than a foreigner. It seems somehow they in some mindset that they will pay them more. Stop this behaviour towards your fellow citizens when a customer is being polite it’s expected that the receiver also reciprocates.

It's location, reception, room and room service, food quality and service. Liked everything. The Restaurant Manager Mr Sanjiv was very proficient, responsive and understanding. At the reception Mr Mrityunjay and Mr Kaushal were very welcoming. Waiting staff was well versed. And it is truly an international hotel with a lot of tourists n pilgrims from abroad.

I thing this is just perfect in its class.

Quiet and clean hotel in a great location — in walking distance to everything yet away from the busy streets so very peaceful. Comfortable bed, polite team and quality facilities for an easy stay

Included breakfast is good value for money but it’s best to be early before the options run out (although can request items), handovers between members of the front desk could be improved

A very diverse menu and all fresh and of good taste

The parking space is low can accommodate inside only 4 cars and outside another 2~3 cars. Quite low based on the facility and could be problem for people who plan based on facility having parking

Place is clean. Facilities are good. Very good value for money.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. If I had to give some feedback, the restaurant could improve - breakfast was meant to be from 7-10am, we go down at 9:15am and the heat is already turned off on all the food. By 9:25am they start packing up everything. Service in the restaurant was a bit strange and lost in translation. Also lots of mosquitoes and flies in the lobby.

Very well run hotel, so unusual for India, everything works and is as it should be :) The food in the restaurant is excellent too
