Breakfast was good with lots of options. However, it could be improved by coordinating staff to be employed by zone's. This will ensure the ample staff could address the customers more effectively. Dinner-only once we used dinner in Carvelo ! Range for VEG options was good but sea food was very limited!

Beach-regretfully, lot of garbage /plastic /glass bottles. Water was nice and warm but it had lot of plastic waste (I was distressed to see sanitary pads floating in water !). Did not enter the water subsequently. Fully comprehend Taj resorts may not be able to control all the pollution but you could play a role in avoiding use of plastic and encourage instead of single use plastic to multi use or biodegradable.

Excellent property and great location. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. the pool was also really nice, food was excellent (I had breakfasts during my stay).

Everything was great, I think the rooms need some pest control work. I woke up with tiny ants in and around my luggage and I had no eatables there. There were tiny ants in the washroom around the basin area as well. But I had. short stay and I managed somehow:) Not a big deal, I am sure just a dose of pest control will get rid of that. Other than that it was excellent

The breakfast at the Taj holiday Village Resort and Spa is exceptional, with an incredible variety of options to suit every taste from fresh fruits and pastries to made-to-order dishes and local delicacies. The experience is made even better by Shridhar (amazing manager) and his team who go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. Their dedication truly makes the breakfast an unforgettable start to each day.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like about our stay. Every aspect from the beautiful surroundings to the exceptional service exceeded our expectations, making for a truly flawless experience.

One of the most memorable holidays at Goa was at this property. The breakfast was sumptuous with a the huge spread. The location of the restaurant was scenic facing the sea. Hence breakfast at this place is extremely memorable. The property has lots of activities to do, for example, table, tennis, pickle ball, Swimming, a gym, and many others. We enjoyed all these activities as a family, and our vacation turned out to be very healthy as well. The staff, specially, Diksha and Saily was super helpful. They accommodated our request to give us a bigger room since we were three of us sharing the room. They kept checking on us and making sure we are comfortable. They helped guide us to local eateries as well so that we could enjoy the Goan cuisine. All in all, it was totally worth every penny! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday.

Very old property, and that is evident in furniture, bathroom fittings, restaurant decor, everything. Needs a facelift badly Buffet options are OK and repetitive.

Was nice and comfortable. Beach was nice and extended over a large strip. Overall pretty and comfy! Staff is very helpful and supportive.

I would have called it perfect had it been for minute details: 1. Bathroom's height was very low and I'm not even tall and my hands would hit the ceiling multiple times 2. Rooms didn't seem like they were sound proof. We could hear TV sounds, footsteps, phones ringing in the other room which makes me feel quite uncomfortable 3. Ants were a bit of a menace, they were everywhere, from tray in the bathroom to dustbins to wardrobe. I may be nit-picking but for someone like me it may just matter!

I believe this is one of the few 5 star resorts in North Goa that faces the beach. This is probably the reason why it attracts a lot of crowds. The property is large and well spaced. They have 2 pools - family pool and adult only pool. I visited during the monsoons so everything was green and we got to see a lot of fauna. I enjoyed my stay.

The property is a bit old so the rooms could do a renovation. The bathrooms are small. The shower could have a better scrub down as we could see some mold in the tile grout.

the staff was exceptional, everyone was so sweet. the beach and the services and the extra mile the hotel went was amazing. the staff were so friendly towards the kids, towards us. the little things made so our stay so much better. providing beach toys for the kids, pool toys for the little ones, the activities room. there Is a pool for couples ( sadly we dint get a chance to use it. the spa services are amazing, there is a lady there ( geeta I think) she was so so sweet. they upgraded our rooms to face the pool.

the loft rooms are abit small, the baby chairs are not enough in the breakfast area, the pool attendant said my 3 year old cannot swim in the big pool. the Thai restaurant is very pricey.

The Taj staff are extremely well trained at the Village Resort property. The valets, the guards, the front desk, housekeeping, in-room dining, restaurant staff...everyone we interacted with, were warm, gracious and supremely courteous. The check-in and check-out experience was fabulous, the front desk staff were prompt and ensured we were comfortably seated with welcome drinks while they were completing their formalities. We were upgraded to an ocean view cottage, our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the food as the restaurant manager suggested a lip smacking goan appetiser which went along perfectly with the fantastic cocktails. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Caravela restaurant. All in all, this was a nice and comfy stay.

The only thing lacking was the size of the bathroom. Being an ocean view cottage, I was expecting a much bigger bathroom.

Property is very good. Location is excellent.. Pleasant staff.. they even allowed my pet in the caravela restaurant.. that was lovely.

Clearing of in-room dining.. i had kept the used plates outside and even asked for clearance.. but nobody came to pick the tray.. Dog came in the night messed up the whole place. Even broke a plate.. this happened twice in 3 days. Called for a buggy to go to the reception. Waited for 15 mts and finally walked.. these are the 2 things i didnt like
