Clean, Budget-Friendly Stay in Prime Fort Kochi Location I had a great experience staying at Alfred Place in Fort Kochi. The location is excellent—walking distance to all major tourist attractions like the Chinese fishing nets, Santa Cruz Basilica, and the vibrant local cafes and art streets. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with good air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It's a great choice for budget travelers looking for a homestay vibe with all the basic facilities. The neighborhood is peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxed vacation. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, offering great local recommendations. I felt safe and well taken care of. I travelled to Alfred Place in Fort Kochi with my friends, and it was an amazing experience. The heritage-style property had a peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were clean and cozy, and we loved spending time by the pool. The location was great—close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. It was a memorable stay, and I’d definitely recommend it for a fun and peaceful getaway with friends.

The yard was charming and well taken care of. The food was excellent, staff were always around and very nice. Rooms were good, aircon was great. They helped with everything and anything we needed.

No hot water showers. No cold drinks. We stayed for 6 nights and were never offered clean towels or bedding or garbage removal. Kochi is a very quiet area and 6 nights was to long, but thats not Alfreds place’s fault.

This is a lovely tranquil place to stay. The gardens are well kept. The pool is a welcoming delight. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is very good. Staff are very friendly and helpful at all times.

Alfred Place Homestay delivered our best stay in Fort Kochi! The authentic heritage vibe is enchanting. Enjoyed relaxing dips in their lovely swimming pool. Mornings began perfectly with a tasty breakfast. What truly shined was the best hospitality – the friendly staff made us feel cherished, going above & beyond.

First night we had the Room 101 behind the reception which was really noisy at night and had a small bathroom. Than we moved into one of the rooms in the gardenbungalow. That was much better 🙏

The staff work really hard to make you comfortable and help with advice on where you might visit and how to get there. It's great having the pool too. Breakfast was good, fruit, eggs and toast with coffee, I'd recommend this place.

Alfred Place is the best stay in Fort Kochi! We (couple + child) loved its heritage stay vibe. Every attraction was walkable, making exploring easy. The hosts were warm, breakfast delicious, and our room comfy.
