The rooms were very good with each double bedroom having its own ensuite. A large balcony overlooking the Backwaters was very relaxing with little ambient noise most of the time. The room had a small kitchen area, though didn't use it as there was no dining set but it included a very useful and easy to operate washing machine. There was also a standard size fridge which was handy to keep the provided water bottles cool. The water bottles were replenished each time the room was cleaned (at your request) or simply by asking reception. There was a small safe built into one of the wardrobes, not big enough for 14" Laptop but useful to keep small items while out of the room. Good location as a starting point to explore the rest of the area by short taxi rides. The restaurant staff were very friendly and the menu choice has both local and non-local options.

Only one of the 3 TV's in the suite had a set-top box and no remotes for the other TV's though did not need to use the TV's personally. Only one wardrobe in one of the 2 rooms in the suite had hangers and only 4 of them. I'm sure if I had asked reception, they would have obtained more but would have expected some to be in each wardrobe already. There are industrial/commercial units/properties further along the road so occasionally you can hear their generators during the day but not at night.

Maria at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and efficient! She tried to provide everything we needed. The suites were very spacious and clean. The shared spaces in the hotel (hallways, pool, etc...) could use more attention to cleanliness.

The hot water in the shower would last for about 3 or 4 seconds. Then, you had to turn it off, wait a bit and then get another 3 or 4 seconds of hot water. That really needs to be improved upon. The food at the attached restaurant is mediocre, but the wait staff were kind.

The apartment is a good size with a lovely view of the backwaters from the balcony. Although there is a kitchen with hob, microwave and fridge. There were no utensils or plates. So you couldn’t cook. There is a restaurant which serves very nice food at a reasonable price. The pool looked a little dirty and didn’t have any chairs/beds to sit on. Which was a shame. Overall I would recommend to stay at Baywatch.

Other than the restaurant onsite, there are no other restaurants within walking distance. This is not a problem if you have transport and there is plenty of parking onsite.

The lake side properties are the best, this is my second time visit here. I likes the facilities, cleanliness. Perfect place for spending holidays.

They should keep more kitchenware like they used to keep previously, like microwave-safe bowl. Also, you might face network issues on your mobile, the Wi-Fi connection they are providing is too slow to connect except the first floor. Sometimes it does not even get connected.

Very large rooms and good location.

The kitchen could have been equipped with basic plates, spoons, and some utensils for making it more home like. The restaurant staff were a little strange with coming up to the room to count glasses and take them back (they didn’t seem to be in sync with the management staff of the hotel). The management can look into finer details like these to make the stay more hospitable for guests.

Room size, the facilities in the room are more than adequate. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Cleanliness in the room is commendable as well. All necessary bath products were also provided.

Service at reception was lacking. Left much to be desired. No helpful information like wifi details, restaurant timings, or how to order was provided. The wifi was spotty at best and unavailable most of the time.

The property has everything , very well maintained the suite is huge with all basic amenities and even a fridge and a great seating space . All bath amenities were provided . Comfortable beds and views were amazing . Swimming pool very well maintained and very polite staff . We had dinner at in house restaurant kochi house which was very delicious . Just take a Uber from property to get to main places very convenient and calm and perfect propert for your short or long stays . Definitely be our first choice on our next stay in Kochi .

The facilities were really good especially the swimming pool, sauna, bedrooms etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was internet in the rooms. The aircons were bit loud and noisy.

Room was clean. A bunch of used plates found kept out of the room opposite to our room at night. While we check out also the same plates were there. No housekeeping supervisor on board I think. Only one room having good wifi .

The rooms were spotless, luxurious and affordable, very well maintained. The lake view was amazing and worth the money. The check in process was handled so smoothly and even though I came in a little earlier, I had no issues during checking in.
