Central location. Staff excellent and very helpful. Arranged for transport,and lots of guidance on visits and activities. Just what I need after a long travel from Puducherry. Clean, a/c, good WiFi, hot shower in a cubicle, very modern hotel, well furnished.

Surprised there was no fridge in the room. Asked, but they don’t do fridges in bedrooms.

I stayed two nights and was very pleased. The room felt very clean and fresh and had a very comfy bed, great A/C, nice bathroom with a good shower, an electric kettle with tea/coffee and a big window overlooking the garden area in the back (so it was quiet). It's located right near a Metro station and convenient for the boat dock for Fort Kochi, perhaps a 20-minute walk (if you can brave the heat!). I'd definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating. I would like to especially thank all the wonderful staff at the reception and the bell man Sultan who was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Toilet was also clean and hygienic. Room service was very quick and all the meals we had were delicious.

Only one thing, during evening time there is a herbal smoke sprayed throughout the hotel and inside the rooms as well and as someone who had asthma and breathing difficulties from smoke etc I found it very unpleasant. But later we figured out that if we keep the lights OFF during that time, the smoke is not coming out from the light/smoke sprayer in the room. There should be an option to opt out of this herbal smoke as not everyone would find it pleasant. Other than that everything was great

Although it was a small budget hotel with basic facilities, the room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Well located in the centre of Enarkulam South within walking distance to the Metro station and restaurants & shoping areas. Value for money. Overall good experience.

The tv channels were quite limited. There was not much of a view from the hotel as it was looking out to the Metro rail tracks. Bathroom was a little small and tight.

The location was perfect for my purpose. It was easy to find and centrally located. The Ernakulam South Railway Station is walking distance from the hotel. I actually walked to the station. Cabs were easily available. The check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The staff were extremely polite, friendly and efficient. The room was decently sized and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The bathroom was well kept with clean towels. There was hot water available at any time. The attached restaurant had good food and reasonably priced. The service was good

This was our second stay at this hotel within 6 weeks and we were again very pleased with our choice. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and were able to organise our transport to the airport at a reasonable price. The room was a good size, smart and modern, with a comfortable bed and effective, controllable air conditioning. There is also a kettle with tea/coffee and drinking water provided. The bathroom is also spacious and modern with a very good rainfall shower.

There was a room safe in the wardrobe that wasn't fixed to anything so not very secure.

Very professional, punctual and friendly staff. Great value for money & delicious restaurant adjacent. The room I stayed in was a bit small but neatly designed for a solo traveller. For first time saw a hotel with a really good cold foam firm pillow.

For the price, it was not a double bed room, but more like a solo traveller with a big single bed ( not even queen size). Rest no complaints. I even extended and stayed 1 extra day. Just for a little extra you can get a bigger and more comfortable room instead.
