I recently stayed at Hotel Aishwarya in Ernakulam from July 28th to 29th. The hotel is located opposite the Lotus Club. I would like to give a rating of 5 out of 5 for their outstanding service and customer care. My room number was 104, and it had a clean and well-maintained ambiance. The bathroom was also spotless, and hot water was available for bathing. Additionally, there is a restaurant near the hotel, which is a convenient option for food. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again during my future travels to Cochin.

I was disappointed that they didn't provide mineral water and instead gave water in a regular glass bottle. I had hoped for mineral water.

Location(nearer to the Railway Station), Hospitality and comfort

They don't have a facility to serve food. Its my repeated request to the management of Hotel Aiswarya. Even though they have all facility, why don't they serve food for the customers.

Great Location - within walkable distance to M.G. Road, Ernakulam Junction Railway Station, Metro, Boat Jetty and Marine Drive. You can use Boat Jetty to goto Fort Kochi with just 6/-. The hotel staff helped me with this information. Well Mannered Staff Clean place

Room was small and there were noises from neighbouring room doors banging very frequently around midnight.

Excellent customer service by the front desk and all staff of the Hotel. Rooms are very clean, Easily accessible as it is located in the heart of the city, but in a very peaceful location.

I did not have break fast facility. However the staff are courteous and willing to help. Property is located at a prominent locality. All requirements are available within the near vicinity.

I cannot expect anything else with the amount of money l spent.

Great location to get around the city. Rooms didn't have hot water and were small. Excellent cheery staff, very helpful. Would reconsider coming here. Everything was outshined by superior location.

Helpful staff including the General Manager. Willing to accommodate reasonable special requests. Showed us an example room before making a booking.

Checkin procedures were smooth. Staffs were very friendly.

They should provide housekeeping once in every day, and they should clean the washrooms aswell.

They charged me an extra 200 rupees. The first room that was allotted to me had a cigarette smell, and I asked to change the room. So, they need to check for those kinds of things.

This property is very nice , clean and at prime location just 200 meters away from sea shore. Though restaurant was not functional at the time when I visited but breakfast was available at nominal charges. Property is within reach from prime locations. Hotel staff is very cooperative and courteous.
