The staff is incredibly attentive and and available; it's really easy to contact them for anything you could need. The room is spacious and clean, the location is perfect to explore the city in a chill environment full of cafes, markets and restaurants. And the SHOWER, oh my god, the shower is perfect. Depending on how long you've been traveling India when you read this review, this information could be vital or seem unimportant. But let me tell you, I'd been traveling India for more than a month when I arrived to this hotel and the water pressure + temperature of their shower single-handedly SAVED ME and BROUGHT ME BACK TO LIFE. It's obviously not a luxury stay, but it's insane value for money.

I needed a place just to spend the night because next day I was moving to Munnar, in few words, one space with the basics and The Reach offered a solid option in this regard! The room was exactly what I was looking for and a little more: - First of all, you notice the vast room and well distribution you have for a big bed, small table and your private toilet and shower, furthermore, I am always happy to find there is a window in my accommodation because makes me feel with extra space and is good to see the surroundings :) - The cleanliness! Really really appreciate this guys! I have seen in some places you receive a very nice treatment from the staff, the accommodation could be humble but is fine, nevertheless, hygiene is questionable and your experience changes; this was not the case for The Reach, on the contrary, impecable bed clothing, clean floor and special remarks for the toilet's hygiene standards. On top of that, details that for me make a difference: I was allowed to pay with card, Wi-Fi was running well and no noise around, so, I slept pretty good! :)

There is nothing wrong or something I did not like, the only detail for travelers is that is not a short distance from the airport, but that's it, once again, I was happy with my room and also to find nice food options on a walking distance!

We recently stayed at the Reach Hotel and had an absolutely perfect experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly cooperative and helpful, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. Good morning. 5 members of our family travelled from Mumbai and enroute to sabarimalai stayed two night at Reach.Mr.Roshan and Mr.Akash were very helpful. We stayed one night after darshan at Sabarimalai. They kept larger part of our luggage in their room and we could travel with just a backpack. They arranged a car for us to do some local visits. Water filter on the floor landing..tea coffee sugar sachets and paper cups also kept on the floor landing so we could have coffee and tea whenever we wanted. Location is very good.. good wishes....

Would be nice if cleanliness was a notch higher. Towels to be changed daily, housekeeping was done but towels were not. I cannot think of anything else...overall a good experience

The room was ready, neat and tidy upon arrival. It was well maintained by the staff. We were happy to receive a Complimentary Upgrade from the Deluxe to Double Deluxe which was a larger spacious room compared to the initially booked one. The check-in & check-out process was very swift without any setbacks. Honestly, for me coming to Kochi on short notice and getting such a nice room was a really good chance.

Our overall experience during stay in The Reach Hotel Kochi was excellent. We stayed there for one night 26 May 2024. All rooms, staircase, veranda were super clean. Maintenance work is very good. Lift is available. Good restaurants are nearby. Marine drive, High court water metro station 10 minutes distance by auto. All staff and Manager are extremely cooperative. They fulfilled all my requirements. Will stay there again in near future.

Tea bags, Sugar and Coffee pouch you have given. You should provide Milk powder pouch also.

Our overnight stay was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and polite and provided everything we needed. Our room at the back was quiet considering we were conveniently placed close to the train station. Having arrived by train at 7:30pm we unfortunately had no time to check out the area before leaving for our Kerala tour the next morning. However if we return we would certainly revisit this hotel.

Great location, very near to the railway station and all other public transport. Staff were extremely friendly, very clean rooms. Would definitely recommend this if you are staying with your family or friends.

Its near to the road, if you’re a light sleeper, its a bit disturbing due to the traffic noises.
