Nice hotel and staff were all very helpful. I had a medical issue on the last day and the staff were extremely helpful in supporting me. The hotel is clean and in a decent location to the nearby attractions. Anytime there was a problem, the staff were very quick to resolve it. Plenty of choice for breakfast and was all tasty. There was a swimming pool and a large gym at the top floor.

The shower areas could be cleaner, especially the drain bit as you could see dirt built up inside. Some of the vinyl flooring was coming loose but wasn't a major issue.

I had booked Travancore Court for my parents, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. They had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I’m genuinely thankful to the hotel staff for making their stay so special. Right from the reception desk, the service was warm and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to make my parents feel comfortable. They were even kind enough to upgrade them to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. My parents couldn’t stop praising the room — spacious, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. Every little detail was well thought out, and the housekeeping team ensured everything was perfect throughout their stay. The breakfast spread was another highlight — fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. It was a great way for them to start the day. The overall ambiance of the hotel, from the lobby to the corridors, was elegant and serene. The location on MG Road was also a big plus — very central, yet peaceful. For the level of service, quality, and comfort provided, it’s definitely great value for money. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Travancore Court for taking such good care of my parents. I recently stayed at Travancore Court Hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. It’s an amazing hotel with excellent service. Car Parking: The staff handled the car parking very professionally and genuinely, which made my arrival and departure smooth. Room Ambience: The room was very neat, clean, and beautifully maintained. Despite the summer heat, the room temperature remained pleasantly cool, which was very comforting. Swimming Pool: The rooftop pool was clean and well-maintained. It also offered great views of the surroundings, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Location: The hotel is in a very convenient and accessible location with lovely views. Breakfast: The breakfast was very tasty, with a good variety of dishes that were fresh and flavorful. Overall, I had a great stay and would highly recommend Travancore Court Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A nice new hotel a short tuk tuk ride from the Ernakulam south central railway station. It was exceptionally clean and stylishly decorated. The bathroom in particular was beautiful. The restaurant was a bit expensive after the tax was included but the food was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooftop pool was great but needs more shade. It was a bit expensive relative to other hotels I stayed at with a similar standard.

The room was great! We slept very good, it had a great shower. It was very clean. The breakfast was good. Roomservice was good.

The normal entrance was under construction. On the pictures it shows the hotel has a cafe ( also written in the description) but it is not there! The swimming pool we did not use because there also was a lot under construction right next to it, so it was not comfortably possible to get changed easily and also no beds available to lay down. Overall we did not like the area that much, afterwards we thought it is better to stay in Fort kochi area. But that is a personal preference.

This place was in a great location! It was within walking distance to so many excellent restaurants, shops and even metro/train stations. The staff were lovely and super helpful whenever we needed anything. The room itself was huge and very luxurious. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing - we were alone pretty much every time we went up there. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many options and each day there would be something different so it didn't get boring. Plus they had a dedicated dosa chef which was great.

There were renovations happening during our entire stay. We had been told that the spa was out of action but not that the business centre was too. This was slightly frustrating because my partner was working part time while we were here so often had to take meetings in the lobby or the restaurant. It would have been great if the breakfast food had vegan labels on it. A few times it was noisy because of the construction work.

We were on an official trip for a week.The hotel was clean and tidy. Staff was amazing! They were the sweetest. Very kind and thoughtful. Breakfast items which I liked were dosa, omelete and their sugiyan was out of this world! Rest of the items could have been better. Chef Renjith is a cheerful person. He used to come to our table to ask if we need anything else. Thank you Renjith! Overall, i am fully satisfied with the stay I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

We liked that it was CLEAN, well-maintained and the team were efficient and friendly. The location was also really good for us to do some work in the city. Breakfast options were great. Lots to select from and all clearly fresh/ homemade ingredients 😍

The carpet in the elevator and the corridors needs replacing. The shower head was located at knee level, which we thought was kinda strange… Breakfast is recommended to start at least by 6.30/7 am catering to guests from South East Asia who are 2 1/2 hours ahead…

We had a classic room booked for one night and since we arrived a little late at the hotel, the hotel complimented us with an upgrade to a superior room. We really liked everything. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel has a good atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very tasty. There are many different choices, both Indian options and Continental. You can also order an omelette.

Nothing much to complain about. Well kept, spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities one may need during the stay. I stayed in a deluxe queen room and it was ample for my needs being the sole occupant. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The location was perfect for my errands. The breakfast spread was very decent and food was very good, focusing mainly on South Indian cuisine but there are some options for people coming from elsewhere. So overall I could not ask for more for the price. 9/10
