Over all ambience, good staff,good buffet lay out , good service , spick and span.Reception desk was very courteous especially young girl Richa.She even came out of her desk enclosure and helped keeping the luggage in van.At the age of 75 all that I can say God bless her and the hotel.Enjoyed the Cake shop at entrance.

1.Dont want to hurt anyone but two gentlemen in checked shirts in Cake shop were nonchalant,least bothered kind and took long to take order /serve.This is not expected.They must live up to reputation of hotel.Small things make difference. 2.Early morning tea leaves bags took much longer to come,in fact boy clean forgot and had to be reminded.Had asked for extra bags.

The location was very central, so we didn't to go far to find things we wanted to do or see. The staff were excellent and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was wide ranging which gave us the opportunity to try many different food options.

Overall, the hotel felt as though it was still recovering from Covid lockdowns, when the hotel had to shut up shop. There were small irritations that seemed cheap, such as there were no tissues provided, and the A/C allowed you to set the temperature to 18 degrees, but only ever reached 21 degrees.

Staff were wonderful. Accommodated our requests at breakfast with non menu items and then Dinu at front desk was very accommodating with tending to our needs. Housekeeping was also so thoughtful and continued to leave extra bottles of water knowing that we needed them after asking just once. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean.

Rooms were a little on the dated side.

Breakfast was good with a good spread. The room was quite comfortable with enough space to move around. The location is also very convenient, Staff was accommodative and welcoming. Overall it is a good place to stay

The AC needs to be attended to; it is not very effective, and the Temperature adjustments did not work much. Dental Kits, soap, combs, etc. can be provided for two people since the room has been taken for double occupancy.

Breakfast options could have been better

There was some discrepancy in the type of bed provided, two single beds were provided while we had requested for a queen bed. Don't know if this happened from Booking.com or the hotel's end. The hotel is a very good property. The rooms were large, well maintained and comfortable. Hotel location on MG Road is excellent. Complimentary breakfast had a good amount of Kerala dishes. Had good house food options like a snack bar. Staff were friendly and supportive. Thanks for a comfortable stay.

Spacious comfortable rooms with Excellent views of MG Road and beyond. The staff were extremely helpful. Restaurants in the hotel were excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Very good location. In middle of MG road, walking distance to Marine Drive. Away from tourist hustle and bustle in Fort Kochi, but very easy to reach there via taxi or Auto. Also easy to reach attractions around Kochi.

Wi-Fi in our room was poor and only intermittently functional.

Apart from being situated in the heart of Kochi, it offers a beautiful blend of modern facilities along with traditional experiences. Room was extremely satisfactory along with the food on offer at the restaurant, bar and cafe.

Kitchen staff and Reception staff were helpful tentative Central location and easy access to main sites, jetty, railway station restaurants Hotel also has a lively bar. Rooms seemed soundproof

nothing - unless you want to watch TV in English.

The most amazing staff! The manager was so friendly and helped us to in check into the rooms immediately after we just landed from Qatar.The food spread was fantastic and had widerange of dishes from continental to keratite. Also don't miss the Cocoa tree!
