Location: for those who want to stay in Ernakulam, it's super central. If you're more geared towards Fort Kochin, better look there because the distances are big) Design: the hotel is designed in a modern trendy fashion. First time I ever see anything like that in India. The room and surroundings are very quiet. Size: the room was spacious, much more than the average room in India.

The only downside was the level of cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower floor was very greasy, the corners far from clean and there was a foul smell coming from the sewage and the toilet. Also, the water was either warm or lukewarm, never really hot, whenever I took shower (in the evenings/nights). But perhaps the water is hotter during day time.

Good and quiet location with numerous restaurants and stores. Strategically well located if you want to explore Ernakulam/Kochin on your own: two metro stations are within walking distance, as is the passenger ferry (jetty) to Kochin. Nice and helpful staff. At breakfast you had the choice between Indian food or continental breakfast. The Indian breakfast was very good and sufficient. A good price-performance ratio.

a small fridge for drinks would be very advantageous in the tropical temperatures

A pleasing and awesome walkway to the property with lots of natural plants lining on both sides , treat to your eyes. Nice decent and Cozy room, with modern and artistic design . Clean and modern bathroom. Room with Nice features and amenities. Had a comfortable sleep. Superb location for shopping especially if youre non cochin based. TV , A/C and kettle all working. Overall enjoyed the stay and had a great and comfortable stay. The staff was professional and welcoming especially Mr Aromal.

If I'm being nitpicky, the no of drinkable water bottle could've been more than one. Lack of hairdryer and sandal and comfortable bedding and sheets was the minus for me.

Loved the service and the special care I received from the front desk. Aromal was exceptionally helpful and catered to all my needs. I wasn't satisfied with the first room allotted but he was quick to make arrangements for a better one. It's a lovely place and the fact that it's in town but cut off from noise makes it just perfect!

Standard rooms may be small but needs to have well-laundered linen and towels so I wasn't happy about it. But I was given a room upgrade for free and everything was new and fresh. I'd like the hotel to consider NOT COMPROMISING on hygiene just because rooms are small or for solo travellers. :)

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, and roomy with excellent service. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Located near the Shivan temple and there was a temple festival going on during our stay. Enjoyed watching the elephant parade right outside our hotel. Breakfast was good

Hot shower was only available around 7.45am-4pm, which was very weird. Since we only stayed for 2 nights and out most of the time, this was not a very major issue to us. One of the room i booked had no WiFi. But do check with reception if you face similar issues.

Large room in a quiet yet central location. Hotel is nice and tastefully decorated and staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

I missed a fan in my room as a natural air cooler, since it wasn’t that hot. The AC in my room was a little noisy too. Hot water takes a long time to come and didn’t last long.

Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location is great, centrally situated, making travel super easy. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, and everything you need within walking distance. Even at night, it felt safe and convenient to explore. Definitely recommending!
