Had a great stay at The Residency Towers in Coimbatore. The hotel is centrally located on Avinashi Road, making it ideal for both business and leisure stays. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and spotless, with attention to comfort and detail. Service was professional and prompt, with staff always ready to assist without being intrusive. The in-house dining options were excellent, offering a good mix of South Indian and international cuisine — the breakfast buffet in particular stood out. The hotel has top-notch amenities, including a well-maintained gym, a lovely pool, and multiple restaurants and lounges. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. A great option if you’re looking for quality, comfort, and location in Coimbatore. Would definitely stay here again.

Service was a tad slow in the Pavillion Coffee Shop.

It was our first time in Coimbatore, so we chose from a few five-star hotels in the city. Our decision was based on customer reviews, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel was quite large and had a grand ambiance. The staff did an excellent job, especially Mr. Mukhilan at the restaurant, who went above and beyond to ensure that my 4-year-old daughter had everything she needed. He was incredibly friendly and attentive. The in-room dining service and hotel facilities were top-notch. Highly recommended!

A funny yet frustrating moment occurred at the check-in counter, where two staff members asked for our passports and booking details. When I handed them my passport, they were surprised to see no visa in it. After thoroughly examining the passport, they questioned why I didn’t have a visa to travel to India. Despite informing them that Maldivian nationals do not require a visa for entry, they still called someone to verify. After a long wait, we were finally checked in. It was quite disappointing that the staff at such a prestigious five-star hotel lacked basic knowledge about visa exemptions.

The location was perfect. The facilities in the room were great. The staff also provided facilities for weighing luggage before departure to ensure that excess weight is not reached. Elevarasan (hoping I did not mispell the name) helped me with the luggage. I enjoyed the food at Pavillion. All the staff were amazing: Babu, Chandik, Jayasri, Bridget, Muthu, Shivam, Govind. I must have forgotten the names of other staff members but everyone I came across was very warm-hearted, kind and always helpful. I loved the serenity at the swimming pool and relaxed at the spa. My room was very comfortable and clean. Shivam ensured to always replenish the amenities and was always kind to me. Bridget always greeted me with a smile and ensured my stay was pleasant and as smooth as possible. She even gave me some recommendations of places to visit in my free time. Money exchange was possible and very smooth at the hotel. I loved my stay so much that I ended up extending my stay for 1 whole week! At the restaurant, Babu, Chandik, Jayasri, Muthu always checked on me and made sure I could try all the best dishes before my departure. While I was sick for 2 days, I had the best curd rice and dal at Pavillion! At Krave, Neetu served my friend and me warmly with a very indulging chocolate brownie and cold coffee to calm our sweet tooth! I can only recommend The Residency Towers in Coimbatore and it's gonna be my go-to-stay next time I visit again! We stayed at the Residency towers in Coimbatore The staff helped us with places to see and also provided help on how we could get to our next destination. And also helped us with suggesting getting an Indian phone number... As that makes booking trains etc. A lot easier. Big thanks to Prabu and Bridget at the front desk.. for all the help. Also big thanks to the staff at the break feast . Great service as well. Great place near the railway station. And near LuLu urban center ..

Excellent breakfast

We wanted a table on New Years eve. When we enquired a day ago they said Ala carte is available. When we went for dinner, they said that we had to pre book. After an argument they agreed to give us a table. They should inform Hotel Guests of upcoming events. The water in the shower area formed a puddle after a shower. This increases the chances of slipping. The housekeeping and maintenance staff should keep the management informed of such issues and management should rectify. We informed the GM and he ensured it would be set right. However, he did not note the room number. I wonder if it will be set right?

The Residency is a large hotel, with all the facilities that we needed. Several restaurants to choose from, a bar, an outdoor swimming pool and very very comfortable beds. Probably the best linen we have had since arriving in India. However, it also had the feel of a boutique hotel because the staff were so friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We extended our stay by two nights for a much needed rest because we liked it so much. A special mention to the young lady who has just started working in the bar on Floor 1, who really went the extra mile to get things right and also to Bridget, who is the special gem in the hotels crown!! She could not do enough to help us with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou to Bridget and all the staff for a much needed lovely mini break.

Great place to unwind and relax. One of the best hotels that offers class and nativity. Stay to experience the comfort. The location was central to the city access. Breakfast spread was good and offered wide choices. Good start to the day. Overall the property was clean and well maintained . Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms had a good ambience and were kept tidy and presentable to stay. A little bit more space for the price would have been good. Reaching out for Room service via IPort was comfortable and resulted in prompt responses.

Pool area looked a bit cramped. A little bit of privacy and separate area would make it enjoyable .

The room was fantastic. Slept so soundly on the comfortable bed. Loved the buffet breakfast spread too. Hotel staff Bridget who worked at the lobby was such a joy to meet. She was friendly and ensured that we were enjoying our stay in the hotel. Kudos to her for her professional demeanor.

The staff at the checking in counter was rather unfriendly. Kowsalya who processed our check in was unenthusiastic and impersonal. Did not even see a smile on her face. Checking out was a smooth process but we waited at least 15 minutes for our luggage. The staff was informed to bring our luggage down from our room but he had forgotten to do so and was seen rushing up to do so when reminded by us.

Great breakfast, large rooms, even had automatic curtains. The staff were excellent especially Bridget and the restaurant staff. The food was was delicious and good value for money. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Only 1 room key is given so as a smoker when I went down to the lobby to go outside for a cigarette, I had to wait for one of the reception staff to scan the lift for my floor as the lift will only work with a room key.
