The location is very near to the main road and nearby tourist places. The staff are very supportive and helpful for your needs. The deluxe rooms were really beautiful and they had a kitchen with a seating area for certain rooms. We reached earlier than check in time, and they helped with the rooms. There are restaurants nearby so you can easily access them by walking.. They have beautiful plants and really good views outside of every room..

The wifi was very slow and one of the bathrooms was blocked. We spoke to the staff and they cleared it.

Location was peaceful, away from the din of traffic. Staff was very polite and helpful. The final room that I got, (after rejecting two rooms!) , was nice !!

The overgrowth of shrubbery, probably due to rainy season, can be taken care of. There was a damp smell in the first two rooms on ground floor that were offered to me (and I rejected!)

I got the stay for a reasonable price and the stay was much better than expected. Location was calm and quite. parking was almost full when i reached but they managed it efficiently Hotel is just out from the rush of the city . Staffs were very helpful and service was good . Rooms were well maintained. Just enjoyed the stay..

The accommodation and staff were excellent.The location was not the best for me.And the food at the restaurant was average..

The lift has some malfunction. The room door is very hard to close. AC cooling is very low. The bathroom door glass has a crack.

Staff were exceptionally helpful.

Bit of refurshing will take the property, complimented with the level of staff friendliness would take the sfay to a much superior level
