We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast and food served were absolutely delicious with a good variety to choose from. The entire property was neat, clean, and well-maintained, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. It is also very budget-friendly, offering great value for money without compromising on quality or comfort. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The environment felt safe and comfortable, which is perfect for families with kids. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly stay.

this hotel is easy accessible from the N66 with good parking. Our suite was clean and comfortable with good seating in the lounge area. The bathroom was a good size and very clean, with commentary shower gel etc. Restaurant food was good. and breakfast was excellent. A special mention to Jaya who's hospitality and professionalism was excellent, always a smile and nothing was too much trouble. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Vilma. Good wifi!

Unfortunately the pool looked very cloudy and our mantra is 'if there is anything lurking in the pool we give it a miss'! The room lacked any written information, phone numbers or room service menus. A box of tissues would have been a nice touch!

The staff was very friendly and cooperative, and the rooms were very clean. The location was also good, and the view from our room was amazing, making the stay quite enjoyable overall.

However, due to rain, some of the activities we were looking forward to were cancelled, and the recreation area became quite messy. It would have been better if the hotel had alternative indoor options during bad weather.

Hotel staff was very helpful as I had booked on wrong dates they helped me with changing the dates and making room available.

Restaurant service was very bad and slow and tables were dirty and soiled plates from previous customer was kept infront of us for a long time

The staff were polite and very helpful. They let us check in early and were always helping us. The breakfast was good although they could change the menu though. The pool was clean and good to swim around.

Nothing as such. The breakfast was good but it kind of repeated on the third day. That's all.
