Our stay at Crystal Goa Turquoise addition was lovely. The staff were super attentive, polite and there for you if you needed them. Laxmi in particular was amazing but the whole team were commendable. The room and bathroom were clean and the sheets were fresh and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast was included and was nice also. I defo would visit again and would recommend to anyone.

Nothing would make me not want to go back but just as a little bit of feedback, there should be some more storage/cupboard space or table in the room to put luggage. The water went cold in the shower quite quickly however this didn’t matter as the climate is so warm. As the place is super new and just opened days before we visited I’m sure these are things that will be amended soon.

We had a 5 night stay here good location and quiet at night . A large room , super comfortable bed and very clean . The staff were attentive and helpful, our room was cleaned when we asked other items easily replenished . Excellent breakfast

Location is close to the beach. Hotel staff is really helpful. Room is clean and spacious. Good breakfast and many restaurants and shops around.

The private pool is small.

Excellent rooms with excellent location located right at the beach, rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The best part is the supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend these rooms to everybody.

Great staff, especially sia at reception and nitin at the cafe. Rooms are big, the little pool outside is nice for cooling down in the afternoon. Cafe is pretty good. Location is great, in the thick of the action and yet not noisy. Mini fridge in room is handy.

In summer months the air conditioning is inadequate for the big room. And the metal style roofing makes the space hot. Not an issue from nov to feb

Walk to the beach was easy. We love the plunge pool and the access to the larger pool across the street. Breakfast and the restaurant on location were great. Try the mint chicken!

Overall, we found Goa expensive and this hotel was pretty pricey, but we did really enjoy ourselves. Upon arrival we were told the rooms had Netflix, but it turned out that meant that there was access to login to Nexflix. haha

I found the room to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

wonderful staff, very friendly and attentive, especially Anuja and Gauresh very clean and large room, soft bed, whole place seemed new location close to the beach in a nice street with restaurants and shops close, felt very safe, great overall atmosphere would definitely come back

didnt bother me much but just fyi: walls and roof are thin so you can hear dogs barking etc if you are a light sleeper pool is very small so i didnt use it, went to the beach close by instead

Loved how central it was to Patnem but also so so close to the beach! I visited in low season and it was so peaceful and quite. This is what I was looking got so it was perfect for me.

The location and the place is quiet nice. Beach is less than 100 meters. The owner was very co operative. And even offered complementary refreshments.

There was some wierd smell in the room. And the food could have been better. Rest all was nice.
