- Amazing hotel grounds, right on a beautiful coconut beach. This area of the beach felt super safe. I was scared when they told me we had a cottage on the other side of the road, but it is the calmest part of the property, so definitely a bonus. (the road is a small gravel path); - Family bungalows are huge, and far better than in the picture! There are 2 rooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 sofa, and the other with 2 bunk beds. everything was SO well thought for practicity. - We were offered pool use, it was nice. - very good and safe food in the restaurant

- Communication during the booking was the worst : as soon as I booked the room, they flooded me with messages asking me for a deposit on Paypal within 3 hours or my booking would be cancelled. Pretended they didn't receive deposit, I had to threaten to call Booking customer service to sort things out. That gave me a lot of stress during my trip. - Be aware that there will be a 30% deposit via Paypal before stay! - They made errors in the bill during checkout, not asking for the for the right remaining balance. - Restaurant food is too expensive - Please provide more sunbeds and shadow!

Nice pool, direct access to the sea, great food, comfortable room, great hospitality by the staff, top notch cleaning daily in rooms, lovely atmosphere, so much to say. We loved the stay.

Nothing from the property. But transportation is a bit expensive in this area. Luckily we got support from one local guy who owns the tuktuk, cabs and were very reasonable to take us to near by places.

Superb unique quirky accommodation...soany thoughtful touches like supplying incense and the mosquito coils every night...lovely head cleaner man was so helpful! Great to have free lounger access on beach. Gorgeous apartments and so nice to have a bath! Beautiful beach too. Receptionists always nice. Great to have a pool table. Lovely to have cooking facilities and everything you need.

External guests using the pool on weekends made pool very rowdy..splashing shouting and lacking courtesy for other guests. Cocktails in the restaurant were worst we've ever had and tomato mozzarella salad was small portion for price and considering a tomato costs 5 rupees...was just two tomatoes cut up and few slivers of hard cheese for around 300 rupees...really lovely cocktails as royal italia up the road...

Excellent location of the resort with sea view... the ideal thing one needs in a place like Goa. The staff are courteous and go out of the way to make you feel at home. And the vibes of the place, and the people there... just awesome, you feel like soaking it all in, along with the sea and the sun. The prices of the diverse items on the menu are so reasonable... At the end of a 5 day's stay, I literally had to ask the staff to cross check if they were missing on few items when they presented the final bill.

The location on Palolim beach was amazinga nd the staff and facilities at the property were good. Loved the outside bath Food was OK for the first few days and got way better when they opened the beach restaurant and cooked there rather than near the pool (assume facilites were better) Highights were chickeen tikka and their freshly cooked Naans Would definitely return

The inside bathroom was really smelly when we arrived and they did try really hard to solve this and it was OK then for a few days but did come back.........so I am very glad I could have a shower/bath on the terrace. The rooms were damp and I needed to wash all of my clothes when i got home as they smelt of mothballs and mould, but thats to be expected in tropical countries especially at end of monsoon season (could contribute to drain smells too ) Lots of stray dogs on the beach , not a problem for me but others may not like this. Sea has large rip tidesa so is only really safe for paddling

It’s my favourite place to stay in Goa. Amazing food, quiet location, comfortable beds, staff are amazing.

Having to leave

This is definitely the best hotel and Palolem is the best beach in the region. They have there a restaurant with a huge choice of food and good prices. The entire resort is divided by a road, and I would recommend staying on the part that is not next to the beach, the one next to the beach gets crowded and loud because of the live music.

We did not like the deposit thing, we even thought it was a scam. The hotel asked us to pay a certain amount in advance to their bank account, which our bank did not trust, so it took us a while to sort this out.

Beautiful location and pleasant stay The beachfront bungalow’s location is absolutely worth it — right by a clean and quiet beach. The staff were kind and helpful, everything was clean and well maintained, and the facilities were great. It was a very pleasant stay overall. The Indian food was delicious and much better than the Western dishes. The resort is divided into two parts: the beachfront area with bungalows and a restaurant, and the “Art Village” section with the pool and another restaurant. It’s not the most convenient setup, as you have to walk a few minutes to reach the pool, but it’s not a big deal. Luckily they re-opened the beach front restaurant on the day we checked-in, which made a big difference.

Everything. Location, vibe, staff, food, music, cleanliness and the list continues. My fifth stay at Art Resort and can not wait to return again. Special mention of Raj the bar king with his team at bar Anil and Swaroop🙂👍 Deepak and Kamal who do not leave your sight to attend to you👍 Bhuvan, the owner who keeps working relentlessly to make sure that your stay is comfortable and a home away from home🙂👍 The only place of vacation I personally feel sad to leave. The best resort by far in Palolem and even Goa. Kudos to the entire team🙂🙏

This resort is a gem! If you want a posh hotel, you will be unaligned with this property's vision. It has a unique style for those who want an authentic connection with art, people, and mental wellbeing. We loved the boat bath. The studio space for our family, which had enough room for us to watch movies when the sun was hot, chill with a snack on our balcony or inside, or read a book, catch up on emails, and do a bit of work or play games. Everyone could have their space. The art classes exceeded my expectations. They were 1000 for me and 800 for my kids, 6 and 8. The guy took us step by step and taught us fun techniques, and we will all remember. It was like being on an art retreat, and rarely people can teach adults and children at the same time. The restaurant has great food and the waiters are very thoughtful and friendly. They reserved us a lovely table each evening and we enjoyed the live music. We also enjoyed other restaurants in the area. There are so many great restaurants, a short walk along the beach or across the road. The room was cleaned daily. They brought fresh towels and drinking water daily. The staff were so lovely and friendly. I loved the morning yoga classes. They're extra, but not expensive and well worth it. The gym is decent. There's a small extra charge. It's really good equipment and well-maintained.

Everything was great. The swimming pool can get busy, but we just kept an eye out for when it was quiet and went when it was quieter. It's easy to do other things, because there's plenty to do.
