The location was great. The staff were friendly. The breakfasts we're excellent. The room was good but it could be better if there was a nightstand or shelf in both sides of the bed, not just one. Also there was no coathhangers to hang clothes

What can we say about our O3 stay. From the front desk, cleaners, and porters, you are made to feel so welcome, but it's the bar and restaurant staff that really makes your stay exceptional. They will go above and beyond to make sure everything is to your liking. The chefs on site will cook anything to your request. There is a selection of fresh seafood every night, and it will always be cooked to your liking and perfectly done. Well done Raj and your team. Many memories made xx Thank you Lee & Jackie

We couldn't fault anything. You're staying in a beach hut, so it's not going to be 5* but everything is clean and comfortable.

the hotel is located right next to the beach, in a lovely palm tree environment. it is right at the end of the palolem beach which is much quieter and nicer than the central part of the beach. the hotel has a restaurant with the beach view and very friendly and nice staff. I was particularly happy with their great service and good , affordable food.

I paid for my room at arrival , as requested by the staff. a few days later when I was checking out I was requested to pay for my stay (again!) as they didn’t put the note that the payment was already made. luckily I paid by card and could prove the transaction was made, however the whole situation was a bit unpleasant.

Excellent location - Beach facing property with good shack attached providing excellent food and beverages. Very cordial staff.

Kids (>5 years) should be offered full breakfast meal. While it was eventually offered, but we had to speak to facility manager to request.

- Close to the beach - Everything you need to sped nice time on Palolem beach - Very nice, helpful stuff - Very good restaurant (Elite) - the food was really delicious. Excellent service in the restaurant and beach area

- Rooms over the restaurant (with front sea view) are very noisy - you can hear neighbours very well… and the party on the beach - The shower you take should be very fast (small hot water container) - Bathrooms require some renovation

I loved that the hotel was located on the south side of the beach. Although the vibe is very chill the south side of the beach was somewhat livelier. The beds were comfortable, the view was amazing! I mean this is what Goa is truly about that susegad (laid back) life. I will 1000% comeback here again. For fellow travelers, the food from the in-house restaurant is great we tried out a couple places on the beach and I would rank their food up there.

The bathrooms could use some love. But its hut so I get it!

We took a room which faced the beach on the first floor. Nice view of the beach and great for sunset. Room, was ok and comfortable. REception and staff in bar downstairs pretty ok - apart from, some confusion around paying for food etc. Amazing beachside location. so that's definitely worth it.

Had some issues with the air conditioning that wasn't always working, but thet staff were trying to help. Location can mean that there's lotud music at 10pm from the bar next door but it died down after a whiile.

This is prime location on Palolem The upstairs seaview room has excellent panorama of the entire beach and good outdoor seating etc Most of all the staff will do everything to ensure you have a great stay. Great food and service at restaurant and on the beach. Thankyou especially to Sonny, Lily and the very nice reception/manager Akshaya.

Basic bathroom facilities but not a problem, and more than compensated for by the service, food, location and price.

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. AC worked well. Close proximity to the beach. They give you plenty of bottled water. Shower gel and shampoo are provided. We slept well (except for the occasional coconut dropping on our roof!). Very good service at bar and restaurant (even though they're different services).

The shower rarely provided hot water. Don't use the taxis the hotel books for you, they're very expensive. We used GoaMiles instead.

Fantastic location right on the beach, staff were all friendly and helpful - especially Mario at the bar! He is brilliant. We were in a group so it was lovely that we were all so near each other in our own little "village". The rooms were very nice with air con and a fan and bed was comfy. Loved our balcony space too.

The bathroom was not the best quality and unfortunately no hot water, although in the Goa temperatures of 30-35 degrees celsius we didn't mind too much!
