The staff were very helpful at times and the swimming pool was clean and a good size. It was mostly quiet except when large groups came in.

Unfortunately the menu is a bit limited. The breakfast options could include healthier options. If you want fresh fruit, then you need to walk or get a taxi into town. Also, for some reason the dinner menu doesn’t start until 7pm so if you prefer to eat before that you are left with very limited options. It would also be good if they provided free filtered water because the amount of plastic bottles consumed is not good. Especially for somewhere described as an “eco lodge”.

Thse best part of this resort was swimming pool which was very well maintained and temperature controlled. My kid had blast in pool and we too. Plus to add cottages are huge and very comfortable with easy access to pool. And certainly would like to mention Jimmy hospitality from check in till check out made our 3 nights stay feel like home.

We would recommend to arrange buffet for breakfast, at present very limited options available only. Secondly, a dedicated security guard should be alloted as we felt any body can walk and roam around any time. Also some staff should be available to check if anything needed, as we felt left alone while we were in pool post dinner late night one night.

There is absolutely no such things that we didn't like about the stay. Amazing staff, good pool, serene and quiet location. Palolem, butterfly, colva, cola beaches are just 10-15 mins away on a scooty ride. Talking about scooty and bikes just walk up to the hotel counter and ask them to arrange and it will be dropped to your doorsteps. The dining area above the stay is amazing. If you are looking for hostels as well, Whoopers stay is just a wall away. We were there from 6th of April to the 9th of April,24 with a group of 9 people. Would definitely recommend for people who like the peace and calm of South Goa.

It was a lovely time during the time of stay !! It was very relaxing . The staffs are very polite . Perfect location to go to all the attractions .overall a 10/10 stay ! The swimming pool was so clean , had the time of our life . The mini bar helps to relax within the premises. The stay and rooms were clean and hygienic.

The breakfast options could be increased and some more lighting in the room would suffice.

The manager Ashish shared a lot of information about the places to visit and helped in getting a nice boat tour package and the boat tour organiser was nice, unlike the ones in Calangute. Ashish is simply great in helping us in their premise The service to carry the luggage to and from the car to the rooms very good. Location is very near to Palolem, but on a remote place

The food offered in their Restaurant was good, but the waiter could not understand our orders and we needed to contact the property manager to repeat the orders. Also two items were completely missed and after 2 hours of order, they started to prepare. All in all, managing the restaurant and service at this property was poor. Pool was fine but after a short powercut the water coming to the pool through a filter became dirty and made the entire pool water unclean.. so we need to immediately get off the pool.

Food is very good and the staff Raju was very polite and helpful. The property is around 3 km away from the beach. So you can enjoy the quite and calm nature at this place.

The set top box was not charged so we couldn't watch our choice of channels in the TV. We were given very limited food options, the items mentioned in the menu card, all weren't available. It may be due to shortage of staff being off season.

A decent small resort offering good stay and food. Staff are professional and friendly. Good poolside bar and restaurant.

Food rates can be more competitive. Water dispensers will add more value for guests. Parking can be fenced and covered (shaded) as it is sunny in Goa. Kitchen opens late, an early kitchen can be good. Breakfast can be a great add on.

Ultra clean, perfect hot powerful shower, safe. Room delightful, nothing too much for the lovely staff. Kindness and goodwill in lovely gardens

Noise from huge party who rose at 5.30am to take taxis to see sunrise and let their children scream and shout and they bellowed across the complex. This happened twice. No lamp in room so had to walk across room to turn main light off
