We really liked the look of this place. But after reading the reviews, and seeing there were two 3.0 reviews with no actual comments from UK guests, we decided to book in just for 1 night to check it out. We immediately extended for another 2 nights. The hotel is impeccable. Excellent staff and a wonderful manager who catered to our every need. Great rooms and bathrooms. Wifi was not working on the 3rd floor so had to use in the reception area where it was very fast. There is no lift but there is a ramp so no issue with wheeling bags and of course there are staff to help. Breakfast was very good. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. They called us a taxi which costs 200 rupees and he became our driver for our stay. Used him to return to airport. We loved Palolem beach. We had been in Baga Beach before this which was horrific. When we review a hotel we have to consider what we paid for it. We cannot expect the Hilton for this price. Quality-price ratio was very high. Thanks to the manager and all the staff for being so wonderful

Everything perfect

The hotel was very clean, quiet, located about 6-7 min drive to Palolem Beach with a very clean swimming pool and good parking space. Just the peaceful getaway we were seeking. They have an exceptionally service minded staff. Abhishek ensured our check-ins and check-outs were seamless and also helped us with a change in room understanding our requirements and what would make it a comfortable and delightful stay. The food was very good. The Managers, Mr. Varun and Mr. Singh and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our hotel stay was for 3 nights, 4 days and at the end we felt sad that we planned such a short stay.

The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. They made our 4 week stay feel like more of a home than a hotel. The food was outstanding, especially the Goan Fish Curry. The hotel was situated a short ride from both Palolem & Patnem beaches, and you’re spoilt for choice regarding restaurants on both beaches. However, we preferred Patnem as it was much quieter.

The hotel was listed as 4*, but in fairness it was probably only a 3* as it’s showing signs of being tied and in need of renovation. Having said this, the staff are all 10/10 and for this reason I have upgraded my opinion about this hotel. In fact I would be happy to return.

We booked out many rooms for a family event and hosted a few dinners, breakfast and evening teas here. The taste of the food was very good, and the staff was very polite with all our guests. They tried hard to fullfill all our diverse requests . The manager was always accessible for any special requests we had. Hotel played a big role in making our event very memorable and a grand success

There is no elevator and this is the biggest issue one could face with senior citizens. The hotel does have a wheelchair and the staff always helped in taking some senior citizens upstairs. Pool could be equipped with towels and maybe a staff to take orders. Sometimes towels were forgotten to be kept in the rooms too by the housekeeping. Breakfast service can be quicker in terms of refills.

It was a great stay for all 4 of us, we got a double family room. Both rooms had working ac and tv, bed was huge and confortable. The only complain was that the pillows were too puffy so we had to sleep without them. Also would have been nice to have at least 2 rolls of toilet paper for a double room where 4 people are expected. The toilet had all sorts of toiletries but we haven't used none as we got our own. Hot water was available aswell. Room service was 10/10 delivering juice, water and delicious food, prepared as desired as we were sick and bedridden for a day. The breakfast was included and it had both indian and western options, delivering from fried eggs to toast, beans, chicken sausages, fruits, veg, fried potatoes, cereals, muesli, and lots of local choices. Plenty to choose from and we all enjoyed it. Service was really prompt and pleasant, everyone we interacted with was polite and happy to help. The manager of the restaurant was super chatty and always in a good mood, helping us with any questions The pool water was super clean and the surroundings were well maintained. They were still working in redoing the bar. Plenty of parking space. . Overwall, it was one of the best stays we had in India for the money and service. We would love to come again!

No lift. Not enough toilet paper. Pillows were too puffy.

The family suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. It has a kitchen with a fridge and cupboard for storage, One point of improvement I would suggest is to provide a microwave and basic cutlery, bowls & plates, which is handy when with kids. The living area is big with a designated dining area, so it was easy to separate the food and sleeping space. The beds in both rooms were big and comfortable and plenty of wardrobes for storage. The room was cleaned every day. The food is decent, breakfast spread though limited was well-made. The family suite has a separate backyard exit to go to the parking and the pool, which was convenient. The staff is well-presented, efficient and helpful. Very relaxing and comfortable stay which was important with 2 kids.

Nothing major, but as mentioned a microwave and some plates, bowls & cutlery should be provided in the kitchen. The lounge area near the Pool needs to be cleaned as some other guests drop food and drinks but don't inform staff sometimes so oily stains on the floor.

Nice hotel with a friendly and helpful personel. Our kids were happy to enjoy swimming pool. The family room is very big, 2 bedrooms, one dining-room and kitchen.

A bit far from the beach, but taxi for 200 rupees is a solution

The staff at this hotel are excellent and very friendly and helpful. the pool area is nice arfter a hot day on the beach and the food served in the restaurant is of good quality best tikka we had while in india. Reception sorted a scooter for us at a good rate

THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT but the music is very loud at the pool sometimes and not everyone likes that ,a tip for staff would be to ask the guest

Property is clean and well maintained. Location is fairly good but not on Palolem beach main road. Staff is good and helpful, we got early checkin since it was not heavily occupied. Parking is very good and big.

Rooms are smaller and don’t block all the sound coming from walkways and vice Versa. If you have sensitive sleep, this can be a problem. Pillows were very thick and uncomfortable, there was no option for thinner pillow. We had to use cushions for our sleep. In house restaurant is crazy expensive even in the off season and was empty suitably. Avoid eating there. Bathroom didn’t have hot water in rainy weather. Location can be tricky for whom looking for accommodation on main road but it is fairly good.
