We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. - Located within close proximity (approx. 500 mtrs) to the Palolem beach and street market. - Rooms are neat and clean - Secured parking space for two and four wheelers - Very friendly and cooperative staff

Although rooms are very simple, clean and comfortable, it’s bit different to what’s seen in the pictures. - There’s no in house kitchen, food menu is sourced from another restaurant located nearby. - No breakfast options on the menu. - Booking.com in-app navigation took us to wrong property located few kms away, had to contact the staff for live location to reach the actual location.

The property was in a perfect location to stay in palolem , quiet enough to get good sleep but only minutes away from the beach, shops & many restaurants and cafes. It was very clean and beds and rooms were very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful and very accommodating to any requests. We would definitely recommend a stay here , it was perfect for us as a couple and we were able to leave our bags after our check out time which was really helpful too. Overall a really great experience with lovely staff. We were greatly helped by a particular member of staff ( i think his name was Anil) who made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you so much!

Crystal Goa was great! Tucked away behind some buildings and down a little lane, these perfect, quiet rooms, with great hot showers, big comfy beds, excellent staff and a superb location. Spent my last few nights in Goa here after a nearly 2 months, and it was perfect. Very helpful with taxi service to the airport and sorting out any needs super quickly, and just very kind people. Loved my stay.

I only wish I had found it sooner.

The property was close to all shops and restaurants, it was also a short 5 minute walk to Palolem beach.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, in fact I extended my stay of 10 nights by a further nine. I would like to thank all the staff I came into contact with, for their friendship and making me welcome. Thank you Anil, Maya, all at reception and all others I had the pleasure of meeting in the course of their duties.

Very high standard for Palolem, location is great, but you pay the price of Noise!! The staff are great, very helpful!!

WiFi was WEAK .. and I was here for work so it caused an issue! They tried to upgrade it but wasn’t really successful.. next door to a VERY LOUD nightclub .. so don’t expect an early night!! And cockerels wake you up early morning .. so take ear plugs!!!

The location is the best and I had one of the best holidays in Goa. its so close to the beach and every staff is helpful. Specially Anil at the reception. He arranged cab for us and two wheeler as well. I would definitely visit again.

Few basic things to improve 1) Ac remote was not working 2) Outlet ac pipe water was dropping in a bucket in balcony and it makes the balcony little dirty 3) No tea/water kettle was provided

We loved our stay in this apartment. The room was spacious with a nice terrace and big enough bathroom. It was clean. Staff - Anil and his colleague are friendly, the cleaning lady was very nice always smiling. Every day we received complimentary water. The location is fine, it is at the junction but the noise from the street was not disturbing. Beach is close so are all the shops. We visited beaches in the neighborhood by tuktuk or taxi.

The door of the room needs to be fixed. It scraps the floor and makes a horrible noise that can also disturb other guests.

The staff are friendly (they even gave us discount when extending), the rooms are clean and sizeable, the bed is magnificently comfortable, and the location is ideal! It's situated on the corner of the main pathway that leads to the busiest part of the beach, and really close to the road where all the shopping is done.

The only critique is the shower, which didn't have super high pressure. It does have hot water though!
