The location is lovely, the room was great and very clean. Such a nice place to stay.

The only real dissapointment is the food. We paid for breakfast buffet as part of our stay, yet there was barely anything available & it wasn't very nice. Also we'de often try calling the restaurant & they'd be closed or have various items from their menu not available.

entrance to oxygen was not a welcome sight, the approach Road had potholes and filled with muddy water. too expensive, for that price there was no welcome drink and no planned activities, no in-house restaurant.

The layout of the property interiors, garden, ambience, surrounding is quiet green and well maintained. They owner has planned it well to give a feeling of calmness. The night time lighting’s are soothing and gives a calm feeling. The beach access is 1minute from the cottage. Ours was a two bedroom cottage which is like two cottages adjoining to each other. The bedrooms are very very clean. Beds are damn comfortable. The bathrooms had toiletries supplies like soap wash, body lotion, moisture and shampoo bottles. Bath Towels were provided. Also there was a toothpaste provided. There is sit-out area outside every cottage with a fan on ceiling. Rooms are equipped with ACs. The hotel has provided goodnight mosquito liquid for the night. The staff is very welcoming and humble. Best staff I have seen. They have a in-house restaurant where the food is yummy. For both Indian and Foreign Tourists. Cancona is my native place and I am very happy to see that this property exists and well maintained. My family loved it. Place is good for kids to run around (please monitor your own kids). Early morning it’s quiet serene with lovely birds chirping around. The beach sunsets are quiet mesmerising. Our stay was for 1night and I wish I had stayed more. I will surely be back. The room rates are pretty reasonable compared to the beach facing rooms of other properties. Thanks Oxygen Palolem for this lovely Experience

Nothing is bad about it to not like. Just that we should take care of closing doors after 5:30pm to prevent mosquitoes, they are quiet natural to be there. They are the tree mosquitoes.

- My room was less than 30 seconds to the beach - Room is massive and bed was really large and comfortable - Big bathroom and strong hot shower - Breakfast was available from 3 different restaurants within 50/75 meters of the hotel - Staff were incredibly friendly - Quick and cheap laundry service - They arranged a taxi to and from the airport for me(R/s.2500 each way), not the cheapest but took the stress away of having to haggle and sort it myself, plus the driver was good and safe

- Realised after check out that I didn’t get my R/s.1000 key deposit back - Wi-Fi was ok, but would cut out - Electricity/power would cut out multiple times a day (as seems to be the case everywhere in India) however when it comes back on there is a loud noise and this happened a couple of times each night

Our stay at Oxygen was lovely. This was our final stop in Goa, Palolem Beach our favourite destination for its beautiful changing landscape of the bay as it connects to the backwaters. Oxygen is on the calmer end of the beach which was perfect for us. The room wasn’t on the seafront but probably better if you want a quieter nights sleep. Breakfast was included with vouchers to other restaurants which were decent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were excellent and very helpful to my friend when they were poorly for a couple of days. And also helping us with arranging a taxi to the airport very early in the morning.

i cannot explain how fantastic this place was , just 50 feet from the beach and we had deluxe rooms with beautiful gardens of tropical plants , the rooms were very clean but simple with a flat screen tv and air con and a small fridge the queen size bed was comfortable and the cleaners were available everyday if you needed them , breakfast was exceptional with a good choice at 2 restaurants ,next season they will have there own restaurant , rooms were supplied with fresh bottled water everyday and towels , this kind of holiday would suit all ages and great for kids of all ages , staff were very friendly .also they internet was very fast 5G , i would not hesitate going back to this place again , also there were no loud music just peaceful place to relax and explore palolem beach , the beach is all sand and fantastic for kids and no swimmers .

The location was very good, just behind the beach at the quieter end of Palolem amoungst the palm trees and nature. The area around the rooms was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful especially when my husband was unwell, they arranged for an english speaking tuk tuk to take us to the best medical attention. Everyone was very friendly.

We didn't know we had to ask for cleaning, just a mis-communication, but once solved all was very good.

Basically everything. From the word GO, it has been a great experience throughout. We were welcomed with a pleasant drink. We were then escorted to our room while someone assisted us in carrying our luggage. The reception and on ground staff have been very courteous, polite and proactive in anticipating our comfort needs and ensured that my family was taken care of in every way possible. The restaurant service is second to none and the staff was equally very polite and courteous. The chef Sargunam has been kind on his approach and he never made us feel any less important than others inside the restaurant. It is this kind of experience that one desires during a family stay. Lastly the location - the beach is just 30 seconds walk away, making it very convenient to go and relax anytime of the day or night. I can confidently say that I'm happy to recommend Oxygen Palolem to anyone looking to have a pleasant stay in South Goa.

Nothing that I can recall.

Excellent location, about a minute away from the the North end of Palolem beach. Very quiet, peaceful and surrounded by greenery. Courteous and helpful staff. Exceptional breakfast at Rockit cafe - provided complimentary through Oxygen. Outdoor seating area was also very nice. They also helped arrange pickup from the Mopa airport at reasonable and fair rates.

No real complaints. They provide 3 complimentary bottles of water everyday - more would be nice.

The breakfast at Oxygen was incredible. We looked forward to that meal every morning. Staff was very attentive and helpful, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The beach is a quick walk from the rooms and there are several restaurants nearby. We were asked to pay 50% of our reservation cost upfront which was fine, and that is just as a heads up to other travelers. I wish we had booked our rooms directly through the hotel website because the price was better, but we only learned this when we extended our stay at Oxygen and got a really good rate for a better room there. I did a lot of research before booking Oxygen and I feel like I definitely made the right choice to stay here. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at Palolem beach.
