The staff, room, location and the restaurant below were all perfect. Sana welcomed us and was extremely helpful when I had an issue with one of my flights. The room, whilst basic was spacious, clean, comfortable, had a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee and plenty of space to store our clothes. The bathroom fine. the shower was lovely and warm and there were complimentary toiletries and clean towels provided. We had a great big balcony with a table and chairs. My mother in law had a smaller room but was perfectly suitable for her requirements. The restaurant below (Singh's) served breakfast, lunch and dinner and we never had a disappointing meal there. All off the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. I would highly recommend Crystall Onyx for your stay in Palolem. It is perfectly located to the shops, beach (2 min walk) and the other bars and restaurants that Palolem has to offer. Thank you Sana and team for making our stay a happy one

The only thing that I would say (that is no fault of the hotel) is that sometimes the street can be a little bit noisy (dog bark or the occasional car horn). Its nothing that a set of earplugs can't sort. Once I put them in, I had a great sleep as the bed is lovely and comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at Crystel Goa onyx Edition in palolem.! The staff @Sana was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail was taken care of. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The ambiance was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. And it is very near to the palolem beach. I would say min walk Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The staff were very helpful , especially Sana and Raju at the property. They even allowed us to store our luggage when we spent some additional time at the beach. The property is very close to Palolem Beach and those looking for water sports and bathing multiple times a day..like we did...will love it.

A little narrow street , hence parking vehicle like a hired taxi for disembarking should be done carefully. It can get crowded on weekends.

Everything was perfect!! Very clean, spacious rooms with AC and fridge!! Nice bathroom! Room service on point! The restaurant at the hotel is so amazing! Very good value for the money! The deluxe double room was spacious, comfortable, cool, relatively quiet (for Palolem), it had a working smart TV which felt like a luxury, the staff were lovely, helpful and attentive.

The only criticism is that you have to walk through a restaurant to get to reception which can be a little confusing. But other than that - it was amazing!

Really good location, few minute walk to the beach. Room was really spacious and luxurious with huge windows and balcony. Staff is amazing! They made sure we felt like home, want to thank Mansi and Rajeshree. We told them we don't need cleaning and they still brought us extra water bottles, clean towels and toilet paper, we felt really good while staying there! Also there's a great restaurant downstairs which makes it extra comfortable. Great wifi, AC, really big bed! We loved our stay.

Rohit's courteous service was definitely commendable. We really had a fabulous 4 day vacation. I have been here for the 6th time and they have maintained the service level.

The room is huge and comfortable for 3 but there isn't enough storage space. There should be some hanging hooks put up somewhere. The shower mixer isn't working as designed, it's either HOT or COLD. But this is more like feedback than a complaint.

Nice rooms with very comfortable beds and great shower. Location is perfect as it is right in the centre of Palolem and only 5 minute walk to the beach. Milu was a perfect host who attended to our every needs and always smiling, Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made our five week stay very enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned daily if you requested it and Rajeshree and Ashish were excellent with the cleaning and making sure bedding and towels changed daily. The staff in the restaurant were very polite and friendly and the breakfast was great.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t the greatest.

Fantastic hotel, located 2 minutes walk from Palolem beach. Close to many bars, restaurants, shops, and minimarkets. The room is very big and clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the room has a very nice bathroom as well. The restaurant of the hotel is amazing, the food is great and the prices are very fair. They have fresh fish every day as well. The manager, Milu, is a wonderful woman who helped me a lot during my stay. There was a Wifi problem in my room and she really did her best to help me with this issue and fixed it as soon as she could. She is a very communicative, nice, and caring person. I loved this place !!! I will come back for sure when I am back to Palolem beach.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Crystal Goa, Onyx Edition and I couldn't be happier with my experience.
