Suite room was good enough for family. Restaurant food is good. Room service was also good they had provided what ever we have requested including induction and vessels. It's accessible to the beach and location was good. Property was having the private parking.

Swimming pool is at the entrance and you won't feel privacy. Shower was not there at the pool. They can add more options for breakfast. Balcony mesh door was not cleaned properly.

The location is at walkable distance from patnem Beach, which I felt less crowded than the palolem beach, palolem too is 2KM away, the resort has all necessary facility, with kitchen as well, overall very nice place.

Parking, though parking is there, it's right at the entrance on the main road, somewhat difficult to get your car in and out of parking.

Nice large room. Good shower. Spacious balcony. Huge bed. Breakfast was good, with a decent buffet.

It was expensive. But I was there in Christmas week so I imagine it would be cheaper at other times. It’s a bit of a walk from the centre of town / beach along a busy road.

Very clean and convenient facilities. Lovely chillout pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Location is a 7-10 month walk from main Patnem Road and beach.

We stayed at this property just for a night at the 2BHK apartment, during our vacation from Europe , but we are north Goans. we liked overall everything, there is nothing to complain.Highly recommend this property to anyone who’s looking to get away from a busy schedule. The place is very cozy, staffs are excellent especially Shubham one who works at the restaurant . They have in-house restaurant and Buffet breakfast, which is really a plus point.

Only the bathroom doors were worn out .

Superb location - 10 minutes walk to Patnem & around 20 minutes walk to Palolem beach. It is quite close to man highway so going to other places is very easy. Parking within gated premises for 5-6 cars and 10-15 scooters. Plus there is parking outside the gate for 4-5 cars which is quite secure. The room was spacious and clean. Balcony facing the pool was an added advantage. Checkin & checkout was quick.

No generator backup - electricity went for 3-4 times during my stay and we had to sit in the dark. No hot water in bathrooms. In-house restaurant has limited options.

Limited sun beds by the pool, could do with a lick of paint on the exterior

Everything was good! It was pretty much the same I expected as it was during my last visit. So, guys, just keep going!

There were power supply cuts, but as I understood it was the problem for every Patnem hotel or restoraunt. And it's better to make a little refreshment of some stuff and rooms... But anyway it was good

We liked the spacious apartment and balcony and the friendly and helpful staff. Location was a short walk from beach and town so suited us really well
