Location is great, and also good accommodation for value. It's almost connected to beach, not directly, but between street and some another accommodation before beach, there is passage so you can reach beach in 2 minutes. Rooms are ok, enough space, if no balcony, there is nice window. Ventilation, AC good, you can always refresh and relax in room, beds are comfortable. Cleaning lady always giving clean, fresh towels and bath mat.

Property is good, but now well maintained. Employees are not so interested to interact with guests, they just looking at phones every time and stare at you when you pass by them. Room is not clean as it should be, toilet as well. Sand in wardrobe and moisture smell. Just a little bit more smile and getting up before guests would be nice. We can't get coffee in the morning before 8/8:30, we have to go to another caffee.

Great location just a minute or two from the beach. I liked that it was looking on to the street as you got to see the ‘hustle and bustle’ of Agonda. Rooms are comfortable and clean and having a balcony and a kettle were nice touches. It was nice to be able to sit in the restaurant or in one of the communal areas. The WiFi was pretty good too.

The owners are friendly but the serving staff weren’t as friendly as in some of the neighbouring restaurants / accommodation. It was hard to get a smile.

The location was great. There's a little gate at the side on to a path that leads directly to the beach. The guest house is an older style building, which was fine with us. It was very clean and the white cotton bedding added to the freshness. Also appreciated the big new fridge. There was a nice balcony where you listen to the waves crashing and see glimpses of the sea. The staff were all super helpful. We originally booked 10 nights, but added another two as we were having such a great time. We will definitely return.

There was nothing we disliked. But it was a shame that the restaurant had very few customers. When we ate there, the food was excellent and very good value. But the space lacked character with cars and scooters parked inside. and whilst perfectly functional needed something to liven it up.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and were able to meet our needs during our stay. The location (though not beach front) is great and close to other things you may want/need. It has easy beach access via the side of the hotel or 10m down the road via an alley way. We found the in house restaurant to have great food at the best prices in town. We ate Indian vegetarian during our stay and enjoyed the flavours and service.

Unfortunately we didn’t always have hot water. And there wasn’t always enough water pressure for showers. But there is an electric jug supplied in the room so you can boil water for a bucket wash. Which if you’ve traveled other parts of India is just the norm.

The room was clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable (few accommodations have that), AC and private fresh bedroom. The AC and fan seemed very clean since we didn't get sick from it. They even left us two water bottles for free and the room had it's own fridge. Staff was very kind and helpful. The price is very good for everything that you get! The location was great and it was a secret little path on the backside of the house that leads directly to the beach! The restaurant's prices was reasonable and the food was great. I really appreciated walking around the garden and seeing all the different plants and flowers.

The only thing I can think of is that they asked for half of the payment in advance. It's kind of complicated to do international transfers and it would be easier to just pay everything on spot. But the payment information was easy to follow. The problem was that it takes a few days for the payment to go through and when I arrived they hadn't seen the payment. But the staff was helpful and they were fine with it all when I showed them the payment on my phone and sent them a printscreen to their email.

We really enjoyed the balcony and the proximity to the beach. You are really in the middle of everything. Having a fridge in the room was helpful. If you are looking for a base to explore from, then it's ideal for the price. If you want to watch sport, you're in the right place but if not, it shouldn't affect you. Lively bars nearby but didn't interrupt our sleep.

Everything was clean but the bedding and towels were looking tired/discoloured and could do with replacing. Some of the power sockets were temperamental but you can figure it out.

We had a brilliant stay, actually came and stayed again after our first stay. Probably had about 2 weeks here in a room which felt like a home..the staff were very nice and accommodating. We felt safe here. AC and fan, balcony room with a nice area to sit. Nice food and bar downstairs you can just relax in and only 2 min walk away from the beach. It's on the main agonda street, short walk away from all the bars, shops and restaurants. WE WILL BE RETURNING!

The WiFi didn't reach our room sometimes but there is good WiFi everywhere else. It was really good place for us

I was really happy with my stay here. We had the sea facing balcony view and the beach was very close and accessible. The rooms and place were well maintained and the staff was very polite and friendly. The location was lovely as there are a lot of other resorts, restaurants nearby and options for street shopping as well.

Food at the in-house restaurant is not up to the mark. There are a lot of scope of improvement with respect to food here.

Really good location right by relaxed Agonda beach. The property is well presented and rooms comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and although breakfast wasn’t included they had a very good selection on breakfast options in the restaurant at cheap prices.

Wifi was sometimes patchy in the room but easy enough to sit on one of the sofas outside and use it

The hospitality, the owners , the staff, the rooms, cleanliness, food. It really felt like home away from home. It takes only a minute to get to the beach. Amazing location. I must mention their wifi facility. Every floor has a separate wifi connection. I had a crisis after checking out from the guest house and they could provide me a room and the same facility for a night. Would visit again.

I cannot mention a thing that I didn't like as there isn't any.
