The place is very subtle, its not very flashy but its value for money. The staff is polite and the restaurent guy Raj is very helpful. The property is at beach but only one hut is facing the beach, rest of them are kind of facing each other. The wifi is decent as I was working for 2 days out of my 5 day visit. Service was nice too, they don't barge in for cleaning unless you ask them. We were given early checkin.

The food at the restaurant was average. The absolute NO-NO on the pizza, the cheese on pizza will make your jaw hurt. Rest of the food is good. The coffee is not real coffee, so better go for beer like you are supposed to do in Goa. There are better food options on the beach, explore them.

The food is very fresh, and amazing. Everything we ordered was really tasty like fish and chips, chilli chicken. The food really won our hearts. The location is perfect and you get phi phi like vibes. Keep up the good work.

Just need to upgrade the decor.

Location of the property is perfect for the sunset and beach view. Ashwin chacha was very friendly and down to earth owner, helped us throughout the stay. Would recommend to go for beach front room.

The stay is attached to the beach. It's very comfortable to just walk anytime at the beach. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff is very helpful and understanding. We felt safe n comfortable

Need some maintenance in the washroom

The staff is very friendly. All the facilities were up to the mark.  when you visit here do ask for Ashwin popularly known as chacha. Very helpful and helping he will make you feel like home

The room is pretty close to the beach, this is definitely the best part. The guys at the restaurant are very efficient, special thank to Raji! Working wifi and hot water

The bathroom is shabby

The location is amazing and the food is excellent value for the money overall

Bathroom doors are not locking and need to upgrade rooms as well

LOCATION WAS BEAUTIFUL, WE ENJOYED THE MOST WE HAD TAKEN BEACH ADJACENT COTTAGE AND IT WAS BEATIFUL VIEW AND VERY PLEASANT. RAINS HELPED THE ATMOSPHERE TO BE COOL. SECLUDED BEACH WITH LESS PEOPLE AROUND. MY PET ALSO ENJOYED THE MOST ON BEACH AND SAND RUNS. GOOD PLACE TO CHILL

THE STAY WAS GREAT ...NOTHING TO BOTHER

It was the first time we stayed in a shack and though the facilities were less than what we are used to... it was made up by the support of the staff. Especially Mr. Ashwin who was very helpful when we asked for an extension of our stay to be in the same room and not move elsewhere. All our requests were attended to without delay. Hence we had a good holiday. I would certainly want to go back..

The room was small and there was no phone or calling bell incase you need something. You have to go to the counter, which though is not far from the room, its a bit annoying if you are tired.

The beach was very quiet. The view of the beach from the first-floor room was amazing. The ambience of candlelight dinner was amazing. They also serve very good breakfast! In general, we liked everything we ordered here. We took a boat ride to butterfly beach and were lucky to spot the dolphins!
