The best part of the resort is that it is located right on the beach. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Meals in the restaurant while admiring the waves is a fabulous experience. Service by Deepak and his team at the restaurant is quite good. One can enjoy delicious barbecues in the evening in the open while admiring the stars. The resort is next to the backwaters. I would recommend a boat ride in the backwaters. I spotted many birds including Kingfishers, Drongo, Palm Swift... Seeing the fiddler crabs doing a mating dance was a rare treat. Most of all, I loved the quiet beach without the noise one gets to hear in many of the other popular tourist beaches. Great to see the guards protecting the Olive Ridley Sea Turtles when they come to nest.

Perfect location - walkable to the main strip of Agonda but removed enough that the evenings are pure bliss. The chalets are super cosy, really nicely appointed for the price and very private. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, the food at the restaurant was absolutely incredible and very reasonably priced.

Genuinely there was nothing I didn’t like - it was an incredible stay and I will absolutely be going back next year to this place.

Best location , clean property and very quite when you come for peace of mind this is the property you have to visit nothing negative but Before booking i went to some reviews regarding the property to mention one review which was negative i think that lady was absent minded totally. There are several cottages here. I could see the beach from the cottage booking I made. Special credit to the owner Anthony Sir because I had come for work+leisure trip. He immediately made sure I had strong Wifi to connect to VPN, even with the beach winds and moisture on the routers. If at all there was any issue he was there on the site and wasted no time in rectifying it. He makes sure the property is clean and functional at all times. Also thanks to the service staff who were prompt in addressing our F&B and room service requests. Excellent, strong air conditioning too given I have travelled in peak summer time. I truly enjoyed staying at this property and will recommend it to my friends too. Apart from the food/beverage orders you can provide in reasonable advance notice to the staff here, other restaurants are very close by and open until 10.30-11ish. People can walk through the beach itself or take the road up from front of the property. I find this place providing the value I was paying for.

Nothing to dislike actually.

We loved everything. The staff were so kind and helpful and we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and the wide range of choice. Our room was beautiful, the wood inside was a lovely touch and both the room and bathroom were spacious. We also really appreciated the gift of a cake on new year's eve--such a wonderful touch!

1. Facilities are very good considering the price. Value for money. They provide complimentary toiletries and 2 colddrinks, 1 beer, 1 litre water bottle with a mini fridge. Also electric kettle and tea/coffee option if you want to make on your own. 2. Location of the cottages and cottages are so cute. I would say the best part of the whole Agonda beach is infront of this property where river submerges into ocean. 3. Also the backwaters of river at the back side of property is so beautiful for bird watching and kayaking. 4. Don't forget bathroom is super cute. Chalets are new, everything is clean and working - a/c, fan, kettle, fridge, battery generator so always power, very quiet part of beach, not disturbed by staff, given plenty of space, tasty complimentary breakfasts, loved Shankey at the restaurant! Not many foreigners in this resort, mainly Indians, which we preferred. Thanks Antony, Shankey and staff!

They could make the restaurant more attractive to pull people in - put plants, flowers, nice lights. It’s not attractive or magnetising at the moment!

The resort, stay, location is very very good. We had extremely nice host who provided good services. The beech us very private and very less crowd. It doesn't feel like as GOA which is known for huge crowd rather it feels like a peaceful retreat.

The resort dose not have restaurant and room service. There are not many restaurant nearby. During the off season, available restaurants wont also be having good option of menu. There will also be limitation on the bar menu.

Everything was top class. The room, the service, the hospitality from the receptionist to the owner. The place is really nice, you can come and go anytime. Even lat at night when we took a walk on the beach and our cottages were easy to spot due to the district pink light.

Owner behaviour was not exceptional they not even provide water kettle on demand and room AC also not working all the day and at midnight ac working regularly when they connected power of AC from another room
