Location was great, it’s on the end of Agonda beach which means it’s even quieter than the already quiet agonda. The Villas face onto the beach meaning sitting out on the deck is a pleasure. The staff were very nice, attentive and friendly. The hotel has two restaurants, we only tried the one on the beach, it was amazing, the food was great and the staff were great. One of their curries was so good I asked the chef for the recipe and he came up to the restaurant to tell me how to cook it at home. All round a great stay.

Our room could have done with a little TLC, abit of paint touch up and the safe didn’t work unfortunately.

The Bay Agonda was perfect. From the start they helped arrange our taxi from the airport with Sachin the driver. The whole experience was superbly relaxing with friendly staff, great food, and unbelievable views. The staff were an absolute highlight, they were friendly and accommodating waiting on you all day. We had a late flight to our next location and the staff allowed us to extend our checkout significantly so that we wouldn't be without accommodation. One thing to note, the hotel requires a small prepayment before arriving which is done electronically.

The view from the beach cottages were excellent, and overall the facilities were really good.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. This is the last resort in the line of resorts along the beach. Quite secluded and peaceful. As this is South Goa there was no loud noise or clubbing anywhere near. The food is good, not too expensive. The cottages have direct access to the sea. The rooms are spacious with outdoor bathroom. Well maintained and clean. The staffs were nice and helpful. During our stay, the hotel staffs also arranged a scooty for us to travel locally. There was no free drinking water refill. Other than the 2 bottle per day, we had to pay for packaged water everytime we ran out of drinking water. Hope they change this in the future. Overall we had a good experience. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet peaceful vacation by the sea.

The location is excellent, though I was keen on beach side. The service, staff and cleanliness is very good . Property well maintained and the food is very good. Good location to just visit and chill within premises / location.

Wanted beach facing, that option has to be made clearly visible at the time of booking. After booking, was informed that only river side available, i.e., after confirmation ?? Though the food is excellent , need to relook at the prices of dishes, much higher than Mumbai. With the current situation of Goa losing its tag of hot beach destination, time for all hotels to relook at their Tariffs, restaurant charges, beverage charges to regain its losing ground. Else, Goa will become an lost destination.

Location is amazing, staff were brilliant, food was superb, ambience incredible, such a lovely place to stay. You have to embrace the experience, if you go looking for faults you'll probably find them, but that says more about you than the resort. Who's not to like taking shower outdoors and sharing it with the occasional tiny lizard, you're on the edge of the jungle.

Lovely little place ,rooms were decent.the place over-all had a great vibe the rooftop restaurant had a view to die for and the sea food was superb ,excellent value for money. The rooms facing the beach were excellent.

The river rooms had a bit of a mosquito problem but that's pretty much the only down side. Overall Nice quiet place, rooms were spacious.the bath area is open to the sky and it's pretty cool,though you may not like it if you don't like looking at the blue sky and coconut trees :)

It’s clean and comfortable. Location is not so great, at the end of Agonda beach. Personally I think it’s overpriced on booking.com. Restaurant is ok but there’s hardly a view. There are better options close by

Stunning cottage with sea view, loved waking up to the sound of the ocean :) Very spacious room with tasteful interiors and a very nice outdoor bathroom. The cottage has all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay! Both restaurants at the property serve some of the best food on Agonda (especially Tree Top Tava!) beach and the room service is very efficient and affordable. The resort is located on the quiet end of the beach so it's the perfect spot if you're planning to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.

The resort claims to offer a 24/7 boat service in between the sea front cottages and the main resort (river side). However, due to low tide and lack of staff operating this service, this never seemed to be working, which meant we had to go the long way and cross the bridge to get on to the main road pretty much whenever we needed to go out.

The front desk staff Soundarya was helpful, willing and very pleasant. The restaurant Treetop Tawa was excellent in terms of food as well as service. The room was spacious and clean. The lush, natural vibe of the place was very appealing.

It being off season, the place felt a bit desolate. Accessing the beach was not easy and beachfront rooms were shut down. The open bathroom wasn't very convenient in the rain and mosquito/critter menace was high.
