Staff were wonderful, always friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant, right on a beautiful sandy beach. Sun loungers and beach towels provided. Cafe/bar area was comfy and good value, food was tasty. Bedroom was clean on arrival. Chilled bottled water was provided free, daily.

Rooms weren't cleaned (hard to keep sand out of them over 4 nights so a daily sweep would have been appreciated, had to ask specifically for basics like our bathroom bin to be changed.) Rooms were pretty basic, but about what you would expect from a wooden beach hut so that's fair enough. It is worth noting on booking.com app there are two rooms both called "deluxe sea view" and with the same photos used, but two different prices. Only the more expensive choice actually has the beautiful view shows in the picture, the cheaper sea view room looks out to the sea through the cafe/bar area. Not the fault of the hotel! Our cheaper sea view room was actually perfectly fine, but didn't have the amazing view initially advertised.

The location is superb. Right on the beach. When you get up you get a magnificent sea view right in front of you, and you can just step off the property onto the beach directly. The beach itself is spotlessly clean and serene. There are lifeguards on the beach who keep guiding people to the safer parts of the water. The guests on the beach are well behaved and the entire beach has a very safe vibe. You can enjoy playing in the water, taking long walks on the beach or sitting in the cafe/restaurant of the hotel which is right on the beach. On the other side of the property is this quaint little street with shops of various merchandise from local crafts to hats and beachwear, to T-shirts etc. It's a nice street to take a walk on. There are several nice bars and restaurants on this street too. The hotel's bar is also nicely stocked and has variety of drinks. You can hire two wheelers at a place right next to the property. And the most awesome thing is the cabin itself. Nice and spacious wooden cabins with a double bed and a huge bathroom. And the cabins have glass doors, so when you wake up, you can have a great view of the sea.

Great place. Have been a few times now. And will return. Sam the manager was so helpful - even running down the beach with us to witness the newly-hatched turtles being let out to make their dash to the sea under the watchful eye of the "turtle police". The next night he took us to witness a turtle laying her eggs - also under the careful guardianship of same guys. Magical.

I thought the beach house rooms were perfect, so close to the beach yet remains in a central location near all the restaurants and bars. I thought that Sam, the manager, was so accommodating and went beyond his duty to make sure that me and my friend were ok, especially when my friend was ill. Try e restaurant food was good, too, and also really clenjoyed the cocktails they made.

The wifi was a bit intermittent in our room at times, it was better to use it in the restaurant area. But that wasn’t too much of a problem.

We stayed at the resort for 3 days and we were 4 adults and 4 year old kid .Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was awesome and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.And as we were travelling with kid , Sam the care taker of the resort made sure to provide food accordingly to her. That was very humble of him. One of the best resorts I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and clean. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The rooms were clean and were the same as shown on the website .It felt like a private beach, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relief to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at the best place in Goa. Special shout out to Sam the care taker at the resort . He made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. We had a great time together. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality. And big thank you to him . We are very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This is lovely place to stay. Right on the beach, great breakfasts included - great food all round. Lovely rooms. Best of all is Sam, the manager. He is absolutely superb: helpful and friendly all the time. He really made us feel welcome. Will return!

The location is awesome right on the beach. The sea facing rooms are some where easily few hours can be spent. Sam is an excellent host. Starting from the food requirements, to the room, to every small thing he is always at the service of the guests and with a smiling face

The parking area could have been a little more as compared to the number of rooms, there aren’t enough space for parking

Great location along Agonda beach Road, close to a great bar Kopi Desi and Zest cafe. Live music and great beach beds and towels.

I think the bathroom needed a paint and new pillows on the bed.

Great staff. Could add some water faucets outside the common washrooms to avoid the floors getting dirty with beach sand
