If you're looking for reliable Wi-Fi, this isn't the place for you. If you value peace and quiet, the hotel by the roadside won't meet your needs. If having a working safe in the room is important to you, this isn't the right choice either—it doesn't work. If exposed electric cables in the bathroom make you uncomfortable, this isn't your place. If you're bothered by bare lightbulbs hanging from the ceiling or wood partially painted over with wall paint, you might want to look elsewhere. That said, these issues didn't bother me too much—I know conditions in India can sometimes be worse. However, next time, I'll opt for the neighbor's hotel, "SEA 2000," which is half the price and appears much cleaner and quieter.

The location is spot on, the rooms are good but a bit tired. I wished it had some character. It's just another hotel room and nothing more. Having said that, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the toilet and bathroom spotless, the towels were fresh and the grounds green. The staff were good, I can't complain there and were kind and attentive.

Food was a big minus for me. I suppose if you wanted to eat the standard Punjabi fare you will be fine but their Goan dishes were, let's just say, not Goan. The food needs improvement.

Extremely friendly and helping staff. New clean bedsheets & towels every day + 2 free bottles of water. Great shower facility (a bit hard to find the perfect temperature) and bathroom, great comfy bed, nice balcony, spacious room. Cleanest place we stayed in India!

Really bad Wi-Fi signal in our room. Also right next to our room was a big machine (boiler?) that was making a noise which was a bit disturbing when trying to sleep.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Bathroom flooring was wooden and with gaps so all the sand gets washed and doesn't accumulate. There's a drying rack and chairs in the varanda for every room. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the manager Kartik ji. Food is great. Restaurant is just opposite the sea shore. Great location

Nothing that we can remember

close to the beach and absolutely quiet at night and a comfy bed. water gets filled up every day. the shower was great.

the hotel had its best time. i guess foreigners started the business and now locals have taken over. no eye for details anymore. toiletries don't get filled up. old extra beds with broken mattresses just staying in the corridor. the waiters act like they don't have blood in their veins. to get wifi u have to be lucky. no masking tape was used, so all is painted over where it shouldn't be. dirt in the corners.

Great location, quiet and lovely afternoon breeze. Laundry service was excellent and cheap. Convenient restaurant right on the sand

The air conditioner in our bungalow wasn't working properly. It took a few hours for staff to respond, but then they were kind enough to help us move to a different bungalow. The aircond in tbe 2nd bungalow worked well but was extremely noisy and was stuck at the one temperature.

Location was excellent; The restaurant and beach were really good; Other restaurants in the vicinity were also good e.g. Rama do a really good Prawn Balchao; The hotel management were brilliant to us on the last day.

nothing of any importance. just note that the power switch for all the electrics is outside the room. Perhaps a big notice inside the room to this effect would avoid any crossed msgs.

room needs minor additions like plug sockets on both sides of bed, extra hooks in bathrooms, small fridge.

The staff are wonderful at dunhill. The rooms are super clean and comfortable

I was at the back of the courtyard and the smell of the neighbourhood restaurant was very close - but everything else made up for it

Everything !! It's a wonderful small resort . Relaxed and very comfortable..excellent staff ..great food ..lovely clean rooms ..2 min to the beach ..Great value altogether!!
