It’s bang opposite to Imagica and located away from the bustle of a township.

It’s overpriced. Breakfast session could have been managed in a better way. There was too rush and the staff were unable to cater to people’s requirements & requests. I’m sure this can be sorted out efficiently.

At reception waiting time was more third counter not working when told manager he got irritated by me and left immediately ...other dining staff and cleaning staff are ok only reception staff was not working well even they not given my hotel bills on time inspite of telling them in advance plz make my bills ready during checkout time.

My one-night stay at this eleven-year-old property exceeded expectations. The well-maintained rooms were clean and tidy, although the check-in process was slow due to high guest volume. The hotel's proximity to Imagica resulted in a busy atmosphere, with considerable noise in the lobby throughout the day. However, the evening buffet dinner was exceptional, offering a satisfying and diverse selection of food. Unfortunately, breakfast was also impacted by the high volume of guests, resulting in a noisy and crowded environment. This hotel is suitable for Imagica visitors; however, I would not personally return.

Food was awesome. we have selected food with stay package which includes lunch, dinner and breakfast. a lot of verity in food available and teste was also good. Amenities are also good and keep us engaged. Support staff available at most of the places and specifically swimming pool area.

I booked room for family (2 adults and 2 kids) and naturally they charged accordingly. but when I asked for additional bed n blanket, they only able to provide blanket. Adhoc food items order is very costly like simple sandwich even costs more than 500/-.

Was okay not so great has I have been other in Juhu Novotel it’s seem same standard

Only thing I like was Deepa from front was great helpful all the time she understands what customers needs and housekeeping had quick response for all the requests I made great job to them compared to other staff and to mention the guy with clown in the hotel is very nice and friendly with kids he always said hello and Hi to my little daughter she is get happy he is doing really good job 😊

Nothing that I could point out or think of.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner lovely. The staff very courteous and helpful. Room is quite large and comfortable, but no dressing gown or foot ware provided which was expected. Location of the hotel is easily accessible.

The flooring overall and in passage and balcony of the room very ordinary and needs upgrade very badly. Even the flooring outside hotel premises not up to the mark expected in such luxury hotels.

Sorry this time we had a very bad service , something has changed drastically from last year .

Want to understand, why does it take 30 min to give us simple water at buffe Again when we ordered juice cans, we had atelast remind them for 4 times and then we got it When I checked with the concerned incharge, we were told that there was huge Inwards, hence they are not able to control. Why' such a professional brands has to deliver such sub standards service, There was complete chaos in the restaurant yesterday Noone knew what was happening, very very pathetic and sad service

We had an amazing stay at Novotel Imagica! Traveled with my wife and our 1-year-old, and the experience was truly memorable. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The food was a highlight—delicious with a huge buffet spread. The indoor kids’ play area and the swimming pool were perfect. Also, it’s super convenient for visiting Imagica. Overall, a fantastic family getaway!

Amazing Ambiance Big shout out to Lady Bar tender ( Mrunmayi > forgot the name ?) Guest Relations Executive was very nice and knowledgeable. Rooms were very cleaned and tidy . We receive complimentary upgrade which was great treat. We will come back ;)

Spa Lady at the counter didn't seem interested and wasn't very helpful. We had to greet her first. > More training for customer service to be given to them > guests needs to feel welcome ruining the experience for Novotel Brand
