Our stay at Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat was an absolute delight. From the start, the team made us feel incredibly welcomed and taken care of. A big thank you to Mr. Ali at the front desk for his outstanding hospitality. He not only arranged a free cab for our airport transfer but also helped us get our food packed for the flight. When our flight got delayed, they graciously unpacked the food and served it to us again at the hotel, without the slightest complaint. Mr. Ali’s helpfulness and calm demeanor truly made our experience unforgettable. Also want to appreciate Akshay and Suman from the F&B team for their consistently polite and attentive service. The food was exceptional—flavorful, well-prepared, and served with care. Ibis Rajarhat is a perfect example of thoughtful service and comfortable hospitality. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata!

The location of the hotel, its ambience & services are excellent with nice staff always smiling, it's worth paying good money for this kind of facilities. The interior of the room is also eye catching.

Those items which are not in the package like lunch or dinner where customers can pay at the time of check out should be implemented. What the hotel said to me after paying the entire amount during check-in only that since you have booked through a third party, we don't have a provision to allow the billing during the check out time, you have to pay there & there only which I believe have never faced as a regular traveler.

Room was clean and the hallway smelled nice. Made me remember Bangkok because of the nice scented oil diffusers kept in the hallway. Room was big and the beds were comfy.

Should keep the same in smoking rooms also, as when I entered I could still smell the lingering cigarette odor. Not a big issue as I smoke too but maybe use the diffusers in the room also. Should give some hand towels too. Also the fridge was not able to cool anything. They charged INR 99 + tax for just plates. INR 116. It was more than the amount I paid for the chicken chowmein I got from outside.

Special attention and prompt service by Subhasish at reception make us feel comfortable. Other one staff name Rakesh was not so flexible with guest which makes them little uncomfortable.

You have mentioned that room would be allowed from 11am to 6 pm for day use, but at 1 pm i visited ur place and they were informed me dt room was not ready, there was washroom emergency but they made me waitting. U should keep ur rooms ready at the mentioned time else pls change the time.

Colorful environment that brightens your day with friendly staff. Very good service! The hotel was clean and felt very safe. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were excellent, with many options available Rooms were as shown on the website, with all the listed amenities + very clean! (Bonus - higher floor rooms have an open view of the around area)

Closer to the center would be great, but it was close enough to reach attractions with taxi, close to Malls (walking distance) and close by to airport!

We went to the property for staycation purpose to spend just plain, simple leisure time. It is a nice,well decorated property at a great location with of course good facilities. Food is the star of the show here. They are delicious. Staffs are really good here and all of the other services are good too. In a nutshell, it's a really good place to stay,relax,have good food and fun.

The reception desk could have been more jovial. I mean they are professional,do their job well but they are too mechanic. They could have been more lively. Similarly, room service is good but it need improvement on delivering the product timely.

Breakfast spread.. it was awesome. Room service was good as we stayed for four days,we didn't called up once atleast to remind them for changing sheets,it was done ahead of asking only. Restaurant staff was extra ordinary.. meeting up all customers satisfaction ahead. Have to thanks restaurant staff mainly Chef Preethi and her breakfast staff who working too fast without making customer waiting. Location of the hotel is easily accessible to places.

Bed would have been bit big. We took large double bed as we are 3 people 2 adults and one kid, but it's good for 2 people only. Felt bed would have been bit larger.

Room was very cleaned, tidy & organized.

Need to look about check-in time to do change from 2 pm to 12 pm. Because the traveller who are travelling with family from a long distance, getting affected. But in our case, team was very supportive and on request they arranged early check-in for us. Future stay will be at IBIS when we will be at Kolkata whether it will be a business trip or family trip.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Plenty of choice on the buffet for both breakfast and dinner. Only criticism is that we were only given one card for the room, inconvenient if we were doing different things and out and about at different times.
