The hotel was courteous and genuine right from confirmation of online booking. Proper communication about check in time was given and also they offered a complimentary check out time till 2 pm as we requested. But the major highlight is "WE GOT UPGRADED TO SUITE ROOM" even though we booked deluxe king room. The suite room was cleaned and well maintained. It had a bath tub making our night memorable. The hotel has a restaurant and I must say their food and service is top notch. We ordered food from the room for the night and also had lunch the next day dining in their restaurant. The taste is top notch. They also have a pool, steam spa services available very close to the suite room. It was an awesome stay for us. The receptionist was very courteous. It is a very decent hotel with very decent guests. I would highly recommend this place.

There was a bit of smoking/alcohol smell on the corridors. We informed the staff and they took care of it.

I really love this hotel and everything about it: the food, the rooms, the cleanliness and new facilities, the gym; the location is the best; but most of all, I love the people who represent the grace and generosity of spirit that is Bengal.

Very clean, comfortable bed, and modern bathroom facilities together with good view. Restaurant was exceptional with top class food quality and lot to choose from the menu. Hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Excellent room service. Definitely good value for the money.

The access to the property was not very straight forward, particularly when someone coming from other part of the town using Uber taxi.

A small hotel with a staff of a 5 star ! I have been to several grade hotels in many cities of the world, but this one matches every 5 star Hotels’ staff. Everyone from guard to reception to in room dining staff went extra mile to fulfill your needs. Specially Trisha on the reception was super helpful. Keep up the good work.

Only problem was the size of the bathroom & pool, rest is worth every penny.

Always strives toward service. New and well built physical plant and furnishings. Best food In Kolkata (and I’ve been to Kolkata a great many times). Extremely responsive to guest requests. Location near the airport and a good road is perfect for a range of purposes.

Still growing and working out a few MINOR bugs, but always makes up for it and gets guests what they need.

Nice, clean, spacious, and new rooms. Comfortable bed and A/C. Clean toilets and hassle free check-in and checkout process. Overall a satisfying experience.

Finding a taxi from the hotel to the airport was a cause for concern. This may not be happening always but I struggled a lot to find a cab.

Brand new - everything is modern and clean and stylish. Staff go the extra mile and are all friendly. Comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower. Lots of plugs and mirrors.

Unfortunately at least on the third floor there is a strong sewage smell from the toilet. So have to keep the lid and door closed which is mostly… effective.

This is great value. A new hotel and excellent service and staff. Was pleasantly surprised on all fronts. My booking had a complimentary breakfast, but I had to leave early in the morning. The staff packed a breakfast for me and had it ready before I left. Little gestures like this, go a long way! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel in the Kolkata airport area.

The staff, especially in the restaurant, was super friendly and helpful in every way. Certain staff in the front office went out of their way to be helpful. That was much appreciated.

I think the hotel should have reliable link with private car hire companies. It took them nearly an hour to find a cab for our onward trip to another part of the city, despite their sincere efforts.
