The Silverline Hotel is an exceptional with it's location,& rooms were clean, room was very bright with full of lights and big size mirror . Room service was very good & promt by Indranil. We had a minor issue with water pressure &Geyser in the bathroom but the manager Mr. Jay managed that exceptionally well with a smiling face . Moreover he came personally to watch the situation after solving the problem and gently bound us to give good ratings on their review book. It was impressive.Cause I m also doing internship in a hotel. I would highly recommend the Silverline Hotel.

Roadside noise & sound of room bell. But it was adjustable

Staffs was incredibly helpful pointed the Manager called me thrice within one and half hour for the pick up by the online taxi. After reaching there I saw him with his team to receive me at the entrance at 2 am. WOW... Room Amenities were alright. The room was ok type , clean, and perfect for transit.

There is so many point can be improved in room no 305. According to today's compitition market u have to improve. I'm ur regular customer , all of ur improvements give me pleasure. Actually your team is now much better than previous..... Hope your improvement. No worries I'll recommend......

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Silverline Hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features of this hotel was the food. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and healthy options to choose from. The hotel also had a restaurant that served exquisite meals for lunch and dinner, with a menu that catered to all tastes and dietary needs. The hotel's location was also a major plus. It was situated in a peaceful and picturesque area, but still close enough to the city center to easily explore all the local attractions. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the area and were always happy to provide recommendations on things to do and see. Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Silverline Hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday experience. The staff were exceptional, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect. I look forward to returning in the near future!

Everything is excellent.

Neat and clean room. Washroom is quite compact. Overall A good place to transit. Staffs are courteous, friendly and helpful . Manager, Mr. Jay is carrying good business ideas cause he deal a good deal with us and also kept his word by giving us tea and light snaks instead of brekfast of our early check out.. Otherwise we have another option in lower price and good facilities also. Totan is also very good boy and can do well in future.

There is some little sectors to improve.

Room service is good and the food was also good both in quality and quantity however prices are bit on higher side.situated at around 1 km from NSCB Airport besides main road. Airport dropping facility is available with reasonable price which is very affordable and thanks to them for providing vehicle early morning for airport dropping.non smoking hotel rooms which are comfortable but bit small.good enough for solo travel

This hotel is very affordable in price compare to other hotels on that area. Rooms are very clear & furnished We booked double ac room & it is very nice according to the price Behaviour of the hotel staffs & manager is also very good ..

Location is pretty good as it is near to CCU international airport; the staffs were very cooperative, especially Mr. Indrajit. He was very helpful and his behavior was pretty good,.

Bathroom and toilet should have been better; they need to be renovated.

Rooms were newly renovated and liked the service very much. Its very near to Kolkata Airport. Staffs were very friendly.

Very clean rooms. easy to find cabs as it is provided by the hotel on a chargeable basis based on Room Category. Good food from the restaurant but had in room. Rooms are good for accomodating 2 people in room. Overall - very comfortable stay.

Last minute booking near Kolkata Airport and quick check in and check out. Rooms are very nice food delicious thanks for great services to Mr Joyant Chakravorty and Subratt babu for helping i will definitely recommend to friends
