Water was very limited in showers and taps..And also no sample soap available for bathing. Car parking facility is very limited

They are not accepting online bookings then why we are booking. And also online amount not matching

They charge more than what we payed in oyo.

I booked the room in booking.com for rs 675 . But the owner was not ready to give room for the booking price. I tried to contact booking.com customer care but they didn't attend my call. The owner charged rs 1000 for the same room... Highly disappointed...

Nothing

The booking was confirmed by booking.com and Oyo advised me to make ₹  408 as an online payment, which was done. But at the property, they refused the booking and asked to pay ₹ 1500 for the stay. So I told them that I'd call the police. Finally, I paid ₹ 600 more.  There was a double coat bed, AC and a fan. No cupboards or even hanging provision for dresses. They didn't provide soap, towels etc. While checking out at 8 in the morning, I tried to contact them at 3 given telephone numbers, but didn't respond. Around 10 minutes of waiting went on; I finally left the room key on the table and left. No receipt was given for the payment. It was such a remote area, one couldn't go back and find other accommodation late at night. So I was forced to stay there.

They charged extra. I have paid the price shown in the website. At the time of check in, they charged me extra 850/-. I have paid 580 online plus 850/- by hand. Strictly unprofessional.
