We had a very memorable and pleasant stay at the Hilton hotel for nearly a week in March 2025. The weather outside was very hot and humid, so the hotel became our place of rest and relaxation throughout the entire stay. The Garden Grille restaurant is very good with a lot of nice food options, including the dinner buffet. Mr Jai was especially helpful to us as well as waiter Sandesh. Chef Arun made freshly squeezed juices for my daughter and catered to whatever requests we made. At the reception Mr Abhishek was also very helpful and friendly. Most importantly the General Manager Mr Rishabh was very very friendly and nice with us. He even gifted books to my daughter which was a very pleasant surprise. We all felt very well taken care of and nicely pampered. Will definitely recommend this hotel to families as well as solo/business travellers. The location is also quite central and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable.

Our stay was made by the staff - wonderful and genuinely helpful and friendly! Trivandrum is a busy, crazy, amazing city to explore, but when you walk through the doors at the Hilton you are met with cool, calm and serenity which is much needed after a busy day. The hotel itself is exactly what you would expect from a Hilton / international hotel - good facilities and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel bar was fun and the bar staff excellent. Akhil (front of house staff) was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations, taxi bookings and generally answering all of our many questions with a smile on his face! Thank you to all the staff for making this final leg of our trip feel so special!

The pillow is a little high for me so a choice would be nice, but I am being very picky here!

Pretty good "western" standards throughout, as you'd expect at a Hilton. Lots of good quality food choices at breakfast & across the all day menu/restaurant

This seemed to be the same everywhere, not just the Hilton, but practical information about how to get out/about, who to trust, how to book trips etc seemed difficult to come by. Websites are awful, lots of waffle & won't take UK payment methods/cards & the reception staff didn't really help as much as I'd hoped they might have. The attitude very much was... yes, you just have to travel for hours, potentially pay money upfront and hope these places will be open, wing it. It just made things a bit exhausting/slightly unenjoyable & limiting, given India is so huge - you can't really get up at 3am and pay £200 for somebody to drive you 5hrs to a nature reserve on the hope you might be able to get in - greater support making arrangements would be appreciated

Good location. A great coffee shop “Poetree” a couple of minutes walk. Wonderful staff. Attentive but not too much. Eager to please and incredible kitchen team. Special shout out to Sateesh Mani, pastry chef, for his excellent pastries, cakes and service.

I was assigned room 721 on arrival at 4am. The 7th floor had a damp odor and that room was malodorous. Felt more like a 1-2 star room. We were graciously reassigned a room in the 4th floor and stayed there until check out. I had to pay for 2 extra days because of a 11 hour ‘early’ arrival at 4am and a 10.5 hour ‘late’ departure at 1030pm. The flights are scheduled this way and beyond my control so it would be good to be credited for one day.

The restaurant has made some exciting updates to their entire menu, making breakfast here even more enjoyable compared to my last visit. The vegetarian dishes were delicious, showing that they weren’t just prepared for the sake of it, but with genuine care and thoughtfulness. The positive attitude of the entire F&B staff (Chef Asmeet, Vishnu, Sateesh, Arul, Veera, Jayakartic, Sruthimal and the rest of the team) also made the breakfast experience even more joyful.

It would be great to see more protein options on the menu. The daily chicken roast could be replaced with grilled chicken or fish, which would likely be more appealing. Additionally, instead of serving sausages in water, grilled sausages would be much preferred.

Location: Heart of the city, close to the airport, close to Swami Padmanabh Temple and in the midst of the market area Service: Service is excellent. The staff is very helpful. I travelled with my aged mother. They made us feel very comfortable. Even though they are a busy hotel they are able to accommodate everyone and that’s honestly great.

The rooms were a little smaller than expected. The shower area had half glass so that was a bit inconvenient.

Nice , clean , areas were well utilized And to bring to everyone’s notice .. the front disc employee Mr Abhshik , was outstanding trying fix my accommodation as my arrival and departure timing was awkward 😅.. Along with others they should how worthy they are in this establishment .

NO SPA .. imagine southern state of Kerala .. Ayurvedic and natural sites in it .. there is no massage and Spa in the hotel.. That is the only black dot in their beautiful white page .

Really good breakfast with a range of foods and things also made to order. Staff was exemplary and cannot affirm how much I appreciated all their help with advice, check in and general friendliness. Room service was amazing - I was herer for a week and quite sick for a few days which meant I stayed in my room. I was well looked after. Great location! Will definitely return again.

I can't fault the hotel - fantastic value :)

Staff were efficient, welcoming and helpful. Its public areas were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very good, with a wide choice on offer. Evening buffet was good with a varied choice on offer. The bedroom and bathroom whilst a little tired were still well maintained and clean.

The rooms are just on the cusp of needing attention. Pool area is small and not sufficient for a long stay holiday but as we were only there for 3 nights it wasn’t a big problem.

Ala cart dinners were well presented,& tastefully prepared .Service was very good especially by Mr Karthic who worked very hard to please the customers . Rooms were spacious and the cleaning good .The receptionist were very helpful.

The garden was very small ! Why call it Hilton Garden ,when there is no garden.
