The breakfast was generally good but we noticed the menu tends to remain quite the same each day. Introducing a variety of options could enhance the overall experience for guests who are staying for multiple nights. Unique daily selections would keep breakfast exciting and cater to diverse tastes.

Just wanted to feedback on a very small issue. My elderly Mum found it quite challenging to shower in the bathtub or stand shower due to her limited strength. We requested for a stool for her use, but unfortunately, it was unavailable. Improving accessibility options, such as, providing shower stools or installing grab bars, would greatly enhance the experience for guests with mobility issues. Apart from this, everything else was excellent.

We liked the fact the hotel was exceptionally clean,modern,had a licenced bar . Also the food choice was excellent,since we did half board .The buffet service by staff perfect, although I have to mention to management the floor staff could do with a little training more .They need to know what is English tea . Our stay was excellent, Massive room size and nice modern shower The cooks where too good, Kartik stood out for me ,when I said I want something different,he quickly made another dish for me in 15min!!! He is exceptional, Hyatt Regency is very fortunate to have someone like him . The swimming pool was immaculate clean, almost crystal clear water , well done 👍

The fact that we where not told of free usage of sauna and steam room facilities.We thought the spa was a separate paid items. Fortunately we went and asked to use it on our last day and it was nice .

Overall, it was a great hotel my second time. The staff from Aneesh to Saji the Trainer, Jay Dev, Allan, and team at the breakfast restaurant Mr. Shiju, the chauffeur, everyone made us feel at home. Great staff, and that is truly the reflection of this hotel. Special shout out to the team at the front desk and the bell boys and above all the team that cleaned our rooms. Thank you Bright

Had a very pleasant stay and like the buffet breakfast which was excellant and a big open swimming spool.. Room was perfect and the comfortable stay at hotel. Eventhough had a short time as our checkin at 11:30pm and checkout at 10:00am. The stay and the ambience was awesome

the identification of the hotel is quite difficult better visibility name board. We could see from long on top of the building but when we are approaching closure, identification is little bit complex for the new drivers coming into the city..

Very friendly staff, taking care of all your needs and always available. Good living space with a nice sofa.

The room design is terrible. 1. You open the door to a narrow foyer. So whoever is standing there must move out to let in the new person. 2.the luggage stand is so small that it can fit only a medium-sized box and you have to close the box and push it inside if you have to slide open the door for the wardrobe. 3. the washroom architecture felt congested. Another major problem we faced was that the bathroom door was not closing properly. So when we use the rain shower or hand shower, there would be heavy water leaking out of the bathroom all the way into the living area.so we asked for many towels and were literally walking on wet towels.

The rooms are very comfortable, and the service was also very good. A very good breakfast and a very accommodative setting. The fact that you get such a service at this location at the core of the city is a perk in itself. Very neat, uses top quality materials.

The negatives are that it felt more like an adult only place. There are no inhouse activities for kids and this is a little upsetting. The reception told us that we can go for the happy hours as a compliment and then later asked us to pay for it. This was a little rude, but we considered it as miscommunication. We would have loved to get a briefing on our rooms and also what we can do in and around the city and the activities we could enjoy in the Hotel itself. The Hotel has a lot of untapped potential to make the stay even more memorable.

The Staff was excellent. They looked after us very well. Rahul in front desk and Room Manager Argha were really supportive and went out of their way. The restaurant team at malabar cafe was very helpful. A special mention for Keerthi. The helpdesk was also very helpful and a spacial mention for Kishore and Sreejesh. The gym trainers were very friendly and helpful.

The approach to hotel is not good. All around construction is going on ad there are not many facilities in hotel like a playroom, library etc.

Everything was excellent, had a great, comfortable stay here. All staff were very courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Too many to mention by name but our thanks to all of them. The hotel arranged our Kanniyakumari trip, and our driver Simon was very courteous, friendly and a safe driver. Thank you Hyatt Regency for a very enjoyable stay.

What can I say? Hyatt truly lived up to its name and reputation. From the bell boys to waiters everyone was always so cheerful and pleasant. Stayed here for 9 days and it felt like a familiar place even though it was my first time booking this hotel. Would be a return customer for sure.

Because of the way the shower doors are built, the outside of the shower area tend to flood. One has to shower with the shower head tilted and use the spare towels to always keep wiping the floor. That was a tad disappointing

It was one of the most well maintained and clean hotels ive stayed in in India! From arrival, we were welcomed so kindly and our rooms were always kept clean by the staff at the highest standard. We travelled with around 12 of us from the UK and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would often spend time in the pool which was not too busy, order food and drinks and really enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. Especially the french toast and appam!
