All good except reception girl

Reception Girl is worst she don't know the work ethics her language n expression are really very bad she is the worst Receptionist I have seen ever she dont how speak with guest we paid unnecessary because of her attitude she even dont know the hospitality..I suggest management of hotel give some good training to her or it will be difficult to do hotel business I never suggest dis hotel to my contacts geniuelly speaking I was dispointed.

Everything in the room worked, including the hot water. The Wi-Fi speeds were good. The room was spacious. Everything was clean. The rooftop swimming pool was about 10m and clean. It was nice swimming at 6.45pm and seeing the moon.

The Wi-Fi password is changed every day! This is crazy and requires you to phone every day to ask for the new username and password. The change happens at various times of the day. So, you could be using the internet then suddenly lose connectivity. This is unnecessary. The swimming pool's closing time was inconsistent. One person said 6pm, another 6.30pm but on one day I swam until 7pm. On another day, it had shut before 6.30pm.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Residency Tower Hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. I very much enjoyed the rooftop pool area. The breakfast was superb with many options and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The location is great with many options for eating and shopping very near by. And it was a leisurely 20-25min walk via leafy tree lined streets to the museum campus and zoo area.

May only critique would be the pool area could use with a few more lounge chairs and it would be nice if it stayed open a bit later, to enjoy in the evening with the lights on… but this did not distract from my overall stay.

The property & the facilities were good - neat & tidy. However, there are a few points which I hope the hotel management will take care of.

The house keeping staff needs to be trained properly. Adequate number of toiletries (soaps particularly) needs to be kept in the room/toilet without the guests having to ask for them every time. Also, if there are two persons occupying the room, it is a MUST that soaps, shampoos etc. be given for two persons, not for just one. It is not that these thing are not available, but it is more of a training issue. The staff ought to be properly trained to ensure that such lapses do not recur.

Staff were really polite and accommodating. They actioned all requests quickly. The room service catering was excellent - everything we ordered was delicious and well prepared. I asked for an extended stay and they gladly gave me the same room and rate. Rooms are a decent size and clean.

No complaints as the rates offered were very reasonable for the service provided. However carpets could be refurbished and room decor looked a bit dated with all the wood paneling so made the room look dark. This is just a suggestion but nothing wrong in the overall room facilities and amenities.

It was a wonderful stay here! Everything was great and I can't find any issues:) Very clean comfortable spacious room, with all amenities you are looking for. Good breakfast with lots of choices (you can order eggs of your choice and take a black coffe which is not very popular in other indian hotels). Location is very good, between train & bus station on the south and big park, zoo, historic churches and museums on the north. The staff is very nice, kind and helpfull and they really helped me when I need it so I'm very grateful:) Overall, highly recommended hotel to stay in the capital of Kerala!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in India. Not only is the hotel beautiful, but the Staff is so helpful and friendly. I was recovering from a knee sprain, and on crutches, and All the staff went above and beyond to help me. They even got me a room close to the elevator and even the doormen assisted me. Theres 2 or 3 restaurants and room service. The food is amazing. Theres so much variety. Theres even a gym which was great for me. All in all, I love this hotel and the people who work here. The price is reasonable for the luxury rooms. AND oh yeah. The bed! So comfortable like a cloud !

If there were any problems I called the staff and they fixed it! I had a wifi issue and they sent a technician who fixed it within minutes.

Enjoyed our 2 nights, great location for central Trivandrum and seeing the temples and markets etc. Very close to the State Parliament buildings and easy to find and wonder around from here. Staff were very helpful, particularly liked the on-site bar and the very friendly and helpful bar staff. Nice pool on the roof and good on-site restaurant. Would recommend as a great place for a couple or so days in Trivandrum if you’re wanting to see the city sights rather than the airport side.

Pool could do with a bit of TLC and room furniture/blinds/curtains etc a bit more attention to detail and cleanliness.

Centrally well located in TVM. Staff, cleanliness and food are exemplary. Staff (Front office - Lekha, Padmakumar, Abdullah in particular and as a whole including restaurant, in-room dining, house keeping and front-office etc) are very friendly, courteous and offering very good guest services. They are doing their very best.

WI-FI service certainly needs to be strengthened. System to prohibit guests smoking in room needs to be in place and monitored. Looks corporate guests are heavily violating on above, un-checked. Branded beverages prices are way too high. Aquafina water costs Rs 50/Ltr (MRP on bottle reads Rs 20 nett) + taxes and Pepsi Rs 60+taxes (Rs 84 !!).

The staff are exceptional very helpful. The rooms are a great size though we did have a deluxe executive room. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was lovely. The bathroom was clean. The pool on the roof terrace was clean and a good size. The restaurant on floor 7 was fantastic and the girl waitress was absolutely marvellous. I would definitely recommend

Breakfast is a bit lacking for the western palette. But they did have bread for toast and beans and eggs so we were OK
