I booked room in this Hotel for 2 days with my family and I could say that my stay was just awesome😍.. All the staff were so friendly with super good behaviour... The breakfast was also soo good... Everyday they clean the rooms and make sure that it is perfect.. It was easy for us to travell, as it was near to the central railway station... I recommend everyone to opt this place if you are in trivandrum.. Overall all the service was super good for the amount we paid... Thank you so much team for making our stay comfortable😍.

Nice and compact hotel situated very close to the Trivandrum Central Station. All amenities provided as advertised and the staff was prompt in service and response. The breakfast was decent and overall it was good value for the money

The Spike control to protect the air conditioners made the startup of the AC a little cumbersome, specially if there was a power cut and restore. Other than that, all was good

The hotel is fine. The room was clean. Staff polite. Located conveniently from the train station. Necessary shopping could be done nearby.

I don't have a negative comment, maybe because the day before we were in a terrible hotel and this one seemed more than good compared to the previous one

The room was excellent, location was good, ambience inside the hotel was good. My suggestion is hotel should have 1 inhouse laundry facility so that if the customer can get the clothes on the same day evening. Rest is all fine. Morning breakfast was also 👌. Overall experience was very good. Thank you

Location was quite good. Close to railway station and bus stop. Rooms were well lit and clean. Staff was also good. Booked through booking.com which gave a good discount. The good thing with booking.com was that I did not have to pay while booking. I paid at the hotel. Quite satisfied with the hotel as well as booking.com

We reached a little early than what we had planned. Though they couldn't give us an early check in ,they made arrangements for a room just for fresh up with basic amenities for a nominal rate. Overall a good experience. I would recommend this place for a family stay. Near to railway station and veg restaurants as well.

The staff and the hotel were really clean. They were considerate when we took some time to check out. The hotel is located at a prime place.

The bathroom kits were insufficient and not all the kits were available. There was a dilemma in terms of payment from booking.com and payment they had in their system. So hidden charges were not revealed by booking.com

Room was superb it was a small room but good and well hygienic.. security help us more to parking my car...

bathroom tiles need to check the housekeeping supervisors.. I found red colour staines bottom of tiles .. need to improve scrubbing on tiles .otherwise it cant remove.. also check the bed.. it was not that much comfortable... Try some of mattress topper..it will help us more comfortable. Thank you. Anyway like this hotel
