i was expecting complementary breakfast, but i was charged i guess. i like to state that the FLOOR TOWEL at the room is too SHABBY / DERTY, by its COLOR, though they may have been WASHED. Please use a better , Clean floor mat instead as it exhibits a bad or poor HYGENE of the Hotel Room. Please have this implemented immediately as it leaves a BAD impression on most Guest

I have it mentioned above and i had to sleep starving on 5th night, as your both restaurants closed by 10.30 pm. The tran was a bit late and i left my luggage in my room and went to 1st flor restaurant and i saw few people dining , but your waiter refused to accept me , though i was a man staying in the same hotel, he could have been a bit considerate, but he acted as though he derived a Pleasure denning me food, TRUE SADISM of a man , really such staff must be SACKED

The location is great, few hundred feet opposite the bus stop and the train station at the end of the road.There were auto drivers outside all the time. The security person of the hotel took me under his wings when instructing auto drivers. Thanks to Asiya, the lovely helpful receptionist, Sahayam, always helpful in the restaurant and Chandra , just a helpful person...everyone was like family to me.

It is a double edged sword for being in a great location and the negative of that is loads of traffic and noise!! I'm a light sleeper and use earplugs and sleep mask which addressed the noise and light issue. Also request a room away from the main road.

Centrally located at Trivandrum just near to the the railway station (10mins walking) and many temples nearby like Anatha Padmnanbhan Temple, Pazhavangadi Ganapathi Temple, Attukaal Bhagavathi temple, Parasurama temple (all around 5-20mins travel depending on traffic and distances). Vegetarian food is awesome there.

WiFi and extension policies. But they gave us storage space which was a great help.

Location is unbelievably great-near rly station and bus stand, accessible to all areas of Trivandrum. The hotel now boasts of MLC which is also at sch a convenient area, allowing easy entry and exit for cars. Restaurant is superlative, staff, so courteous.

Hardly anything to complaint about. Compared to my previous stay, the place has been done up well and maintained very well. The reception staff (two ladies) were very good and the security/car parking assist staff was very helpful

Overall decent place to stay for short while. Easy access to restaurants and places to shop.

The room did not have hand held shower so floor tends to get wet outside of shower area. Also the sound of people talking next door can be easily heard. A strange buzzing sound was present always.

I have been offered 2 single bed as well were 2 but bed size was very small in length and width and charged 4000 When taken up they understood and reduced to 3500 Thanks to them

the hotel is very clean & tidy. Rooms are spacious. There is no room service even when they have a restaurant within the hotel. This may be a bummer for some, but I was ok with it. The Price is good. Staff is also helpful. Location is just 200 mtrs from Trivandrum Rly Station and Thampanoor bus stand. And also just 1 km from Padmananabhaswamy temple and just 3 kms from Napier Museam. Overall a good experience. Just outside the hotel, you will get Car or Autorikshaw that will offer you sight seeing of Trivandrum. You can choose either as per your budget. They show you most of the best tourist spots. The car charges will be around 3000rs . you can negotiate. The Auto will cost you Rs 750. Totally worth it considering that they cover almost all Trivandrum tourist spots like Poovar Island ( do not miss) , Kovallam beach , Shiva Temple etc. If you plan to go to each of these separately, it will exceed 5000rs.

Excellent vegetarian food, always ready. Value for money. Excellent location. Taxis readily available. Feel safe and secure. Always like to stay there whenever I go to Trivandrum. Three restaurants available, on different floors AC more quieter. Multilevel parking also now available

Sambhar was served cold once, and cook did not serve hot even after request.

Very clean, very quiet, the restaurant downstairs is apparently some of the best veg in Trivandrum, the staff were super nice. I did really like the room: great view of the downtown.

This hotel doesn't accept international credit cards and required us to pay in cash, which was not expected. The location is a bit traffic-congested. I get the vibe they don't have a lot of foreigners as guests. I would stay here again, though. Comfortable and quiet are unusual luxuries in India.

1. The bathroom is a bit small, and there was no curtain between the toilet and the shower which makes the whole floor wet after a shower. 2. The room phone had no directory (it's 9 for reception FYI)
