Generally the food was tasty and authentic stuff. Service was very professional, including the room service. Ideally located, close to railway station, airport, malls and super bazars and in the heart of the City. Staff well attired, professional, helpful and courteous. It was real value for money.

The entrance and Reception area could be made more attractive for customers to relax, listen to music, watch TV, wall paintings, tourist information, more seating facilities, more English newspapers and magazines, coir carpets and rugs etc.

The overall experience was ok. The location and ambience of the property was cool but staff's behaviour completely opposite..

The room first allotted had AC issue.. I wonder if they checked before we entered the room The moment we were in help desk the guy in help desk was talking to someone else on phone and ignored us and other staff had to interfere to attend to our requirements. Customer delight was completely missing.. They has taken things for granted. No attempt to show best service..The staff was very casual in their service aa if it doesn't matter.

They shld keep the room more neat n clean as the bathroom roof was leaking n they have given some vague answer's which is not correct. Also they have given us spare room where there are no swiping cards, no toilet papaers etc was allowed for all the people, just one set was provided for 2 occupants.. Rest all good Staff are very very good

Although the property is across the railway station and in city centre the room was noise-free. One couldn't tell there was a business convention going on at the property if I had not seen them being served refresher by the lobby.

Provision of a face towel apart from the bath towels would have been great.

Had taken a breakfast package which was a good spread.Was surprised to see a keral speciality viz 'payazha noorka' Was delicious.Could have been better if pappad was served with it. Dinner unfortunately is restricted to limited menu.The hotel needs to atleast offer whatever is listed in its menu card. The food however was good .

Location wise very convenient & approachable. All sort of conveyance easily available. Lobbies and entire premises very clean and neat. Rooms are adequately spacious, with AC,Fans, Hot water, attached clean bathrooms all are very good. The room service and Reception are prompt and courteous. Mr Arun Manager and his team are very supportive and cooperative to make your stay comfortable. It is very good hotel for family, business persons, even for single ladies. This hotel of KTDC is worth appreciated .

Umm, canteen is available at GF but not happy with service, quantity, taste,pricing and the variety. Room served /used plates etc found lying in lobby for much longer time. Ladies' toilet at GF was not clean and had no sufficient lights.

During the 80s i discoverd you. Air India started direct flight during the end of the1970s... And was ആ frequent passanger to kerala and back... Useully i used to arrive from kayamkulam by train... Bargain with taxi and reach airport. One day i visited chaitram for lunch... Since then i discoverd... Book a room and stay... All my friends arrives at chaitram... Have lunch... Take a brake... Travel to home..very convienint.....also ktdc krishnapuram... Only 2 kms from🐎 my home...

Perfect location for the train station. The beds were soft but comfortable, and the air conditioning was good. Shower was good pressure and had a warm setting. Breakfast buffet was simple and reasonably priced. Front desk staff were helpful. We only needed a brief stay for a work reason, but will likely use this hotel again for the ease and price.

I have stayed in Chaithram many times. This time my son was doing an exhibition in Mumbai and many of my friends and family were visiting. We booked multiple rooms for varying duration. The staff was most accommodative and took personal care to ensure that we had extra beds when needed, rooms were cleaned often and morning coffee was served. A very pleasant stay and flexible team.

The restaurant was overcrowded at night and probably there were not enough staff. Food was delayed close to an hour. Perhaps it was an exception as mornings were fine.
