The hotel was central. Room was large and clean. Breakfast Buffet was vegetarian and had a good range of dishes and fruit

The staff were not sufficiently trained : 1 - I ordered a taxi to come around midnight and checked twice and was assured both times that the booking was made. However when the time came there had been no taxi booking made. 2. - on the morning before checkout i was told that the initial payment had included breakfast and there was nothing extra to pay. On checking out i was informed that breakfast had not been charged on the initial payment. By this time I had spent the INR leaving sufficient money for the taxi but for the additional charges.

Room was quite nice, there was a living area with sofa and all for the visitors. Breakfast was OK-ish but the staff were extra nice. Courteous and professional. Room service was also prompt and very nice. Housekeeping is excellent. They make sure you are perfectly happy with your requirements. Front desk was very supportive. I had an early morning check out and when asked they said they will be ready round the clock. Overall, i would choose this hotel a second time too. Also, not to forget : its in the heart of the city, walkable distance to Railway station and Bus Stand - which is an additional bonus.

It is just a personal thing regarding Room No.302, the washroom door could not be locked. A good carpenter can fix it in 10 minutes but as i was alone, i didnt have a problem with an unlocked door. In fact, this should not even be a negative - it is just a glitch which i had during my stay.

Clean linen & room. Great customer service - from the guards to the bellboy to the receptionist. A few exceptional experience: 1. Guards helped to flag down auto & explain our destination with the auto driver 2. We ordered from Zomato & hotel provided cutleries when requested. 3. After check out, we left our luggage at the reception & said we help to check bag weights. We came back that evening to fully labeled bags(with baggage weight)! This was really helpful!

Location very near to Rly station, bus stand, Padmanabhaswamy temple and all other prominent tourist spots like zoo, art gallery and museum.

Wifi connection, signals very weak. TV connection was set ready only on second day on my request.

The hotel porter broke my American tourister luggage carrier and no apology. His reaction just threw the carrier off only.

Amazing place - very neat and clean.They have friendly staff. Very quick checkin and checkout. the location is very close to the station. Rooms are well maintained, neat and have comfortable beds.

Parking space can be an issue. hotel needs to have more parking space for guests.

Honestly after experimenting with know 3* hotels in Trivandrum during my second last visit to the city I was for the first time fully satisfied in true sense by choosing to stay with this 4* hotel. Location, Cleanliness, Service and Food was top notch. Front desk staff both during day and night were really helpful even though I booked from Booking.COM. It was really nice stay as a business traveler thanks to the room design, nice and comfortable working chair and table with suitable light. All amenities are there and nothing missing. The room was clean and they kept cleaning even at around 4pm.

The gym was small and a bit dusty but I enjoyed the view.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is very tasty. Although the service at the restaurant is slow, but the taste makes up for it. Had a wonderful time!

The ground staff were lethargic and not very enthusiastic to answer questions. The receptionist does not even know the famous landmark of kuthiramaliga and did not even revert back later . They were enthusiastic about only checking in and checking out. There should be minimum courtesy. Also no staff helped us move in with luggage or move out. Not helpful.
