Incredible location, Highly service oriented staff, Very good food. A great butler was assigned for us, lovely pool staff and wonderful chai wala at breakfast!

Club Rooms are quite outdated, low quality balcony door and windows which was letting in too much moisture, everything in the room was wet. Air-conditioning was a complete pity as we even thought of leaving early due to its poor quality despite the best effort by the technician. Some of the staff members seemed quite untrained in the field of hospitality despite their best effort to take care. They could be more professional to be in the level of a luxury hotel.

The location was just spectacular. The staff were very professional, accommodating and provided great level of care and assistance during our stay .You definitely pay a premium price and the product and service that you receive simply reflects this . The staff in particular were super amazing .The cultural dance performance was an icing on the cake

Nothing to do with the property itself . The music from the adjacent mosque was bit over the top . Not sure how they managed to keep their loud speaker going till late at night and also super early in the morning. Again , this is something which is beyond the hotel’s control and could well be a sensitive issue as well .Felt bad for the staff and the fellow guests.

Facilities were amazing, location was great and the food was very delicious. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful and always greeted us with smiles on their faces. Swimming pool was great and loved to see a deeper end.

Rooms were a bit dusty and triggered a few allergies and very outdated. Bathroom sink is outside the actual bathroom and is hot very user friendly as we couldn't wash hands without waking the other person due to the light emanating through the room. Yellow wallpaper in the bathroom particularly in the shower wasn't very pleasant. Unfortunately it was raining the whole duration of our stay hence some facilities were limited. Overall not worth the money.

Room was super comfortable, large bathroom too. Food was excellent. Most of the staff were great, very attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the meditation.

Wine list was awful. Totally overpriced and the decent wines (which at home would cost €35 in a restaurant) cost hundreds of euros. Lots of corporate events, meaning we couldn't use several areas of the hotel while we were there. Also very loud bass from the music that was blaring on the second night which made it hard to sleep. Sea view villas (which were lovely) were so far away from the facilities that you needed a buggy to get anywhere, which would always take 10-15 minutes to arrive... so felt a bit restrictive

Good property and facilities. We stayed in the club section of the hotel and the service and attention from the floor manager / butler service was excellent and we were able to make spa and dinner reservations easily.

Whilst the breakfast spread and dining options were good, the waiting service at breakfast and dinner was not great. We had to wait a long time to get attention from a waiter and order food / water. It also took a long time after ordering live food at breakfast for it to be served and we had to follow up numerous times in between. Given the otherwise high standards at the hotel, this disappointing service at breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant was slightly frustrating.

All staff were incredible helpful and attentive. Amal in Tides restaurant who recommended dishes and gave a great service to Jobi who helped us check out and made sure we had everything we needed when we had time between check out and our transfer back to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are the highlight of the Leela. Facilities are excellent, the pool area. Our villa was great and we had a wonderful stay. We were able to add on additional trips and days out easily. Food at the restaurants including breakfast was delicious too!

Nothing to add here, everything was wonderful.

Comfortable Club room with nice balcony overlooking the sea. Quiet and peaceful at the Club pool. Private beach area. Plenty of buggies to take you to and from various facilities. The complimentary afternoon tea for club guests was very nice.

Alcoholic drinks were extortionately priced, eg over £15 for a 150 ml glass of wine. The main hotel was very big and busy but I felt it lacked atmosphere - the bar area was very quiet - possibly because of the pricing? The restaurant for the club guests felt more like a cafe in style - although the food was good and the staff incredibly attentive.

Unique location with amazing views of the ocean. Natural beauty of the surroundings. This is a property like no other. Friendly staff and services overall. I took the hotel's transportation services twice, both cars were comfortable and drivers very professional. House-keeping staff did a great job. Nice swimming pool with ocean views, ideal for watching sunset. Bar had great views of the ocean.

Rooms and decor a bit outdated. Room categories and pictures are not very accurate. I did pay extra and upgraded my room but the upgraded room was a disappointment. Very stuffy while entering the room and the low ceilings with heavy wood-work makes the room feel smaller. I asked for my room to be changed which the staff obliged, that room was slightly better albeit of the same category and dimensions. Balcony door would not close, had to call the technician. Mini-bar was locked. F&B was a mixed bag, long wait times at Tides to be served. Cocktails at the bar could be better.

The views the spa the pool and the breakfast.

No privacy in the sea view villas plus a little too noisy. The air-conditioning wasn't that great surprisingly in our beach view room. Also the fact that the washbasin is outside the washroom area is inconvenient. Some of the staff were more interested in us giving our review of our stay then and there and subtly suggesting that we should mention their names while their knowledge of the property was questionable (answers to simple questions were wrong). Also sensed a lack of coordination. One example being that despite having made payment I continued to get a msg that my authorised card has been declined. Multiple calls for same issue from multiple persons in the same department was another issue.
