Nice, clean & spacious Room. Location was excellent. connectivity is really good and if you travel via rail this is one place to look for. Staffs are really good and they are well trained professionals. facilities - TV, minibar, coffee & tea, Ironing option, safe locker, etc all are good to have features and it helped.

A/c (air condition) was not turned on and the room took around 2 hours to cool down (i checked in to hotel at night 11.00 pm). Every time you go out the a/c stops and it turns on only when you arrive at the room and this was a problem as the time taken to cool the room made me feel uncomfortable (peak summer season made it worse as you will be still sweating for a long time). If this is sorted, then this hotel is all good to go for.

What we liked most was the friendliness. Helpfulness and attention from all staff from the GM Mr.Thampi down. In particular the following : Front office Duty Mgr -Sree Kumar Front Office Mgr. - Prasad C.P Security Mgr. K.S.Sivakumar, F&B Exec.Mgr. Poja Farah, Exec. Chef - Ajib Kumar Apart from them all staff were so attentive and professional including the Restaurant Supervisor, Housekeeping staff and the Bell boys.. The Food was also excellent. The hotel is well located and not far from most places in the City. Thanks to Dimora Hotel for an excellent stay for us. 🙏👏

Well managed property, best location, good ambience Clean & well maintained rooms. Accolades to the Housekeeping staff! Customer Service was very professional, amazing friendly staff members and efficient. Shreekumar Sree was very helpful throughout. A very polite, informative & helpful person who goes out of his way to assist. An asset to your organization. On the overall all the front desk staff were very helpful. F & B/restaurant staff were fantastic, helpful & attentive. Once again a special mention of Pooja, a very polite, friendly & professional staff, always with a smile on her, attending to all the customer's needs. Keeps on adding ' feathers in her cap'. Another asset to your organization. Breakfast was really good with a good spread of authentic Indian food. we have stayed here in the past so we booked 2 standard rooms. Rooms area very soa8, restroom was decent. hotel pretty close to temple. a big veg restaurant nearby. staffs were so polite and helped with extended check out on our request. Don't miss Dimora

one of the room was getting cigarette smoke from AC at Times. they spray perfume but smoke return in few hours. A need to check this issue, hope hotel mgmt take steps.

Very comfortable stay, very central location, staff were extremely attentive, everything seemed clean and hygienic. The hotel is well managed and run properly, I have come to learn this cannot always be taken for granted in India.

Bathroom was fine, but could probably do with some remodelling before long. It wasn’t unclean just maybe getting to be a bit tired, some paint and a few other touch ups would help.

Great value for money. We had the room incl dinner deal (had to leave at 2am for the airport). Rooms were standard but modern, spacious and clean with good beds. Fast wifi. The dinner included (buffet) was very comprehensive and good quality with lovely restaurant staff. Nice pool and gym available. Good taxi service.

Upon check in there was some confusion about the room + dinner deal (said dinner was not included) but the manager sorted it out nicely.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful restaurant staff, and an excellent buffet for breakfast and for dinner, great choices. The separate pure veg restaurant was also excellent, where we sometimes had lunch - but for a truly Indian lunch at an Indian price (be prepared to queue to get in, and to share a table) go to the next door cafe. Or try the famous Indian Coffee House one block away. Helpful reception told me where to get an Indian SIM card, just a couple of blocks away. Very clean, room cleaned every day. Air con excellent one we realised we needed to set the fan on auto (before that we couldn't get the temperature right). Nice swimming pool on the roof. It's a great location for airport, railway station, bus station, some shops and cafes, the main temple plus a wonderful Ganesh temple, but don't expect anything but urban traffic as soon as you walk out the door.

Coffee could have been better! Rooms a little dingy. No rooms with a view - not surprising considering the location! We asked for a room key each, but this was not possible.

The hotel is luxurious and quite clean. We liked the room service provided, and the hotel is in the city's center, which helped us navigate easily to the bus stand or train station. The local autos and taxis also found it easy to locate Apollo Dimora while dropping us back at the hotel. The food/buffet for breakfast and dinner was awesome. We did not see such variety of food anywhere else while our stay in Kerala.

We landed in Trivandrum by 6 am and reached the hotel in 35-40 mins. Although the check-in time was 11 am, we requested the person at reception to allot us a room because our booking was confirmed. But he did not allot us a room. We had to wait until 12-1 pm, and then check-in. It would be great if they could consider early check-in.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was extremely comfortable and the early morning taxi service to the airport was fairly priced. The hotel is close to the shops and some restaurants, and the view from the swimming pool over the city was fascinating.

Spacious and comfortable room. Very close to main bu stand and railway station..Very good buffet breakfast. Other food expensive but good. The service is very good in restaurant and room service. Altogether a neat Hotel with all basic amenities
